Business is Slow, Food is Okay The Owner is Rude. I came in and over heard the way he spoke to this lady that was actually nice telling the girl behind the counter that she gave her the wrong fries , she didn't want the Steak Fries, as she should have spoken up after she paid her money. Well the Owner started yelling at the customer for no reason and told her not to come back. This took me by surprise because the lady wasn't Rude at All. The lady told him it's always empty in there. I did notice there was NOOOO one in there. It was my first time there and Definitely my last. I did notice business seemed very slow. I do not recommend wasting your time here. Food was Okay nothing to brag about.

Don't COME HERE. I was a regular customer until I came in and ask did they have regular fries. The young girl that normally works there said yes we do (she is always nice). I told her Great! Because I'm not a fan of the steak fries. When I got my food I over heard a guy (never seen him before sayss he's the owner) He told the other customer we have only the steak fries not the regular fries. So I ask the young lady about the mishap the guy Yelled at me and told me I was being Rude . It's always empty in there and never busy so I guess that's why he is frustrated. He also told me to never come back. My guy, No worries. No one else seems to be coming back. They won't last a year. Wait Time Extremely Slow. Young guy working in the back needs help. Wait time is a bit much Everytime

My 1st time going in the young lady up front was pleasant and it was moderately clean. She was even the acting manager for the today as well. Whomever trained the young man in the kitchen needs to shadow him longer because he is not ready to be back there by himself. He isn't able to prep, additional necessary items and put out the orders simultaneously. This made the acting manager have to run from the front to the back of the house repeatedly. The bathroom... NO WORDS... MIRROR ON FLOOR... WHAT?!? The beverage dispenser was broken they said so we could only get water. No milkshakes or anything. There was only one young man working in the kitchen who clearly needed help so my order, the orders ahead and behind me took about 30 minutes. Thought I'd try again and not judge them on the 1st experience. Beverage machine still unavailable, this time I was told that the key was lost. I suggested a locksmith and was told that it would cost money. I'm thinking well you're losing it with no milkshake sake but what can I say lol. The burgers are tasty as well as the rings.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is absolute trash! We spent $20 on 3 burgers, a side of fries, and a WARM coca-cola can. When we got home, we noticed that 2/3 of the burgers were missing. We called them to tell them, immediately was put on hold before being able to tell them what happened. I was on hold for 10 minutes- mind you, they just put the phone down. I could hear background noises which sounded like there were no customers in the store. I obviously hung up as I was forgotten about, then the line was busy! I'd rather go to McDonald's- it's cheaper, and you can expect the order to be screwed up. Also, we waited over 30 minutes for our incomplete order.

This place has the absolute worse service, I've been here several times and you think it's going to get better but it never does. You have to call several times before anyone answers. The girls who work there are nice but the men that I have talked to over the phone have been very rude. Not sure I'll be back after this last time.

The staff was cool and helpful. They have multiple options of different type of burgers. I tried the crispy chicken sliders and sweet potato fries. I tired what I know and it was good but I would like to return to try other flavors and options.

Stopped by this location over the weekend and it did not disappoint. i ordered the crispy chicken burger with the Burgerim fries and a cookies n cream shake, the food was excellent, tasty and cooked to perfection, the staff was friendly and helpful when i was trying to decide what to order. I will be a returning customer!
You cant beat these prices and quality food! My family ordered the Family Box for Sunday game day and loved it! It came with 8 burgers, 8 wings with fries AND onion rings which rocked! We fed the whole family and more for $35 bucks. Love this place!

YUMMY! I tried this place once before and i had a good experience then and now. The potato fries were cooked to perfection and the milk shake was drool worthy! Will be bringing my family back to try it out!

The food was well cooked and prepared in a decent time frame. staff was experienced and accommodating. Food quality was excellent and very tasty. One of the better burger joints i have visited in a while.

Food was awesome! was a bit skeptical after hearing some reviews about this place initially but i am glad i tried it for myself. The milkshakes were probably one of the best i've ever had and the Hawaii Salmon Sandwich is OUT OF THIS WORLD!
