Fast food and quick
Fishey smell is very prominent.
Afternoon shift is definitely different from the morning shift if you call somewhere and a person answer the phone how can I help you and not let you know exactly where you called that's a problem and get irritated and hang up on you Get it together.. You at work you. not at home . If you don't like dealing with customers get another job. Customer service is not the same.
The whiting and wings have been overcooked, the last three times I went to drive-thru.
Seems like new cook, fried way too hard. You can also hear employees conversation while you’re waiting outside a bit unprofessional and loud. The flavor and timeliness of getting food is cool.
They have some really good chicken and your food is piping hot when you get and smells delicious that you can't wait until you get home to eat... I just wish they had dinner rolls or gave you a few slices of bread ...but that's just me

Came at 10:05 they are supposed to be open till 11 and I was told that they were closed for the night. Horrible experience I wish to be reached my corporate and I will calling to speak to the manager as well.

I ordered a twenty piece chicken and fries over the phone, they told me it would be ready in fifteen minutes, it was! They was very helpful and polite! Oak Park Captain J'S HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!😘❤️

Don't like my chicken refried. They pre-fry the chicken in the morning so that they can be quick served throughout the day.
