I will say on July 4 2023 was the best chicken ever. But since I went twice the chicken dinner went down hill.in 2024 .. I don't understand why they ask you to bring the food back . When , you're not satisfied.. the lady is very sweet who's at the cash register. But I notice things are starting to change for the bad. So I vist them on July 4 2024 . Hopefully I be back there. Watch out for the secret shopper.

I think this one star is still to much for the service that you get from this establishment. I visited the store last summer and the employee that takes your order is very rude and unprofessional. I went into the store today to order a couple of dinners. Before even being served the attended was complaining about a previous customer that just left the store. I placed my order asking for two dinners she asked if I wanted them in combo I stated no, she put the order in for just two pieces of fish.when I received my order I stated that I asked for two meals and she started to debate me saying I asked if you only wanted two pieces of fish to not argue with her I just asked for my monies back. On my way out the store she stated around that this must be the first of the month for some people. With that kind of customer service you will wonder why they only have three stars as mentioned it's too much. And she was also coughing over people food.

First time at this location. The food was hot and fresh. Plenty of food in each serving. Amazing seasoned coating on the shrimp.
Sometimes the chicken taste old service is ok but its rushed the young lady for got to put my coleslaw in with my order she put it in a separate bag and I left it on the counter cuz I didn't see it.

Excellent juicy crunchy fried chicken and fish. The lemon pepper is great on it. The fries are addictive. The service can be slow. Bring something to keep you entertained or order ahead. Worth the wait.
