The black lady at the counter is very loud, rude and unprofessional. She act likes she owns the place when she is there. I’ve been coming here to almost 2 years and I never have a problem until she is there. Also it takes longer to get your food when the black lady is there. She is nasty. Her nails are long as snakes and the curl. Which is very unsanitary around food.

First off the girl at the counter was rude to my child with b attitude when returning to the tire to ask to buy extra sauce . I then called and the next chic has a attitude and tells me 1st off you’ll never talk to the owner and the manager sing here but ordering on DoorDash we dnt give you extra sauce even with paying for it, that’s only allowed for in store customers. I say ma’am every month we patronize this restaurant and if I order online and they only let me add 1 sauce or no option then I send to pick up extra and this is the first I’m hearing especially since it’s not free, it’s a paid for item you’re rejecting

the food togo was always great , then my family had a birthday dinner inside and just didnt seem the flavor of the boil bags were there. everyone said the food was ehhh. but well still continue to get food togo !

I love seafood with a passion. Just wanted to try this place out and was extremely disappointed. I ordered hush puppies & a catfish basket. Hush puppies were okay 5/10. Catfish was a 2.5/10. It was rubbery. Smelled and tasted like the inside of an old refrigerator and honestly didn’t taste or look fully cooked. Worst catfish I’ve had. Glad I didn’t get the seafood bowl like I wanted because I would’ve went from disappointed to angry. Will never return. Don’t bother. There’s soooooo many other great seafood spots in metro detroit (for example Crazy Crab in Southfield)

The seafood boils are good and so is the service. They rarely mess up my order. The only possible negative is their spice level seems inconsistent, some days when you order extra hot spicy it's a decent level, but other days there will be no spice at all.
