Love this place. Best diner type restaurant around. They have TVs, beer, and Cocktails.bthe food is great and the service was prompt and extremely friendly.Food: 5/5
We came in and sat down. The staff didn't acknowledge us for over 15 mins. My husband went up to ask for a menu and we were told she would be right over. After another 10 mins of no service we contemplated leaving but since this place was on our list of restaurants to try and we were in the neighborhood we decided to stay. I went up and asked if we should order at the register or if someone was going to come over. She apologized and came over to take our order. We order the Hawaiian fries since there are a lot of Google reviews raving about them. (They were pretty good.) We also order the 2 pasta dishes.I forget the names of them right now. My husband's had chicken and nutmeg. (The nutmeg overpowered this dish)And I ordered the chicken zip pasta . ( I think was the name of it) it had chicken, broccoli and mushrooms but I got no mushrooms. The pasta was okay. I was kind of disappointed since pasta is my favorite food and I added this restaurant to our Michigan Restaurant list over a year ago. I had high expectations. I definitely want to go back and give this place another try..I think I'll order the roma pasta next time.Oh..I did want to mention the waitress told us they were giving us the fries for free for the inconvenience on the service. That was nice of them.
I love this place! I've tried something different everytime I've eaten here and everything has been amazing. We usually order carry out because it's a small place. They put care into their food! Highly recommend the Roma pasta.
Small diner, serving traditional breakfast fair and a host of pasta dishes. They also serve alcohol and have a full bar. So you can enjoy a Bloody Mary or a Mimosa with your Omelette. Friendly staff. Definitely worth a try.
I love this place! Customer service is outstanding! I always get Laura as my waitress and she is bomb! All pastas are delicious and there fish is so scrumptious. Prepared by Eddie himself! Must try the Hawaiian fries. That's what they are known for...
They raised their prices almost 25 percent and the menu has old prices. They have a small sticker on the menu that mentions a change in prices and tells you to ask your server. We didn't see it and the server didn't tell us prices had changed. I said I wasn't paying the higher price and they refused to adjust my bill. Our broccoli was done about 10 minutes after our main course. They prioritize their carry outs over dining in customersI've never thought the food was anything special there and it wasn't this time either. Soggy whitefish, plain salad, stuffed pepper soup that was bland.Never again!
For years I've passed this place YEARS, I was taken on a date there and OMG I got Hawaiian fries they were my favorite!!
I completely failed to get our server's name, nor a photo of my meal. But ohhh boy. The Eddie's Zip Pasta was 3 meals, literally in one bowl and so delicious. The broccoli and chicken were perfectly done and I love mushrooms, so that was my favorite part! Go!!!
Best kept secret in town. Cozy dinner, friendly service, amazing food. I have been surprised how every item I order is better than I could imagine it.
Amazing food and service. Always busy but never feels like your waiting. Super friendly staff.
I had the fresh grilled lake white fish with broccoli, Greek grilled chicken salad with egg, Clamp shouter soup. The food was very good. I could tell they're proud to please hungry customers like me. FRESH FRESH FRESH!!!! Just right seasoned..... PerfectThe clamp shouter (because it was Friday) had real fresh clamps in it with a nice balanced flavor. Usually I have to search for the clamps lol...The local fish (I really appreciate it) was grilled nicely to the point. Not beating around the bushes.... I'll looking forward to try this people more often with my high expectations in the future.... and I'm sure they will meet my high expectations. Thanks for a great experience!!!

Best food in town hands down the Cream of Broccoli Soup hits different and the pasta's put you on another planet of flavor and deliciousnesses
Saw this place on tiktok and someone was raving about the Hawaiian chicken bites and the Hawaiian fries, so naturally I felt like I had to try it. I placed my order over the phone while I was en route because it was close to closing time. I’m wishing someone would have told me my total over the phone because I probably would have cancelled. All I got was the chicken bites (chopped up chicken tenders) and the fries and my total was $27 dollars before tip. Chopped up chicken tenders and fries are NOT worth $27. Very over priced. The flavor was ok but it wasn’t great. I still found myself having to season the fries even tho they are sauced. What makes it worse is that after a few bites, my friend noticed there was a hair in my food so I couldn’t eat it anyway. So not only was the food overpriced but I had to waste my food and money because they don’t have hair and beard covers to keep hair out of peoples food. I couldn’t call back to tell them or go back up there because they were closed. They are also closed today (Sunday) so I can’t even call today to get it rectified. This was not a good first experience and honestly I don’t really have any desire to go back. My friend lives down the street and we wanted to try it together but I decided to try it first. He is Glad I did because now he doesn’t have to waste his money. I’m so upset I wasted $30.
