Gift Me Chocolate & ENTERTAINMENT

I received a box of chocolate covered fruit as a gift from my daughter. It was terrible. Apple slices 6$ 1 apple cut in half drizzled with chocolate. 6 tiny chocolate covered dried out strawberries $23 6pretzel dipped in chocolate $12. Total$ 41 minus $7 promo code. Paid $36 Terrible . If you want people to support your business, please put some effort in it.

The service was great but these cheesecake cups are awful they don’t taste the same as they use to whatever they’re doing differently stop it’s not good this was a strawberry crunch cup tastes like it’s been sitting out all day this taste like minute made cream cheese mixed with whip cream ew and this Carmel cupcake is just as worse why are your cupcake pastries cold?????!!!! The cake is so soggy and wet

My experience has ALWAYS been well with them & I’ve been buying with them since 2021! Even when things may have been a mistake their customer service has been well & they’ve taken care of me ! Highly recommended

My sister ordered me some cheesecake stuffed strawberries via DoorDash for my birthday. I didn’t experience the service or atmosphere aspect, however; the strawberries looked super yummy. I did have to eat all the strawberries same day due to the strawberries being pretty overripe. The cheesecake topping was delicious (it is not filling the strawberries are topped with the mixture, but the strawberries are cut like they are supposed to be filled, which is strange). Keep in mind these strawberries are normal Kroger sized so, for 6 of them at $15 I would have not bought for myself. A great ‘treat’ for someone you love on a special occasion granted the fruit is a little bit fresher.

Terrible customer service

This was my second visit to this establishment. The prices are already overpriced, but the first time I went, the strawberries were great! However, the second visit was not satisfactory. I ordered the cheesecake-filled strawberries along with the white chocolate ones, and the second box was spoiled. The strawberries had several soft spots and a rancid smell.

I called the next day when they opened but didn’t receive an answer. After calling a third time later in the evening, a young lady told me she would have the manager call me back. When the manager did call, I found her demeanor and tone to be extremely abrasive and defensive. She repeatedly told me that this couldn't be because “we pride ourselves on good quality,” which is false since I received a bad product. I told her I had pictures and offered to send them to her since she clearly did not believe me.

The situation has not been resolved, and I am left with overpriced strawberries that are inedible for me or my children. I had planned to visit this place frequently whenever I was in town from Texas, but never again. The customer service from the manager was terrible, making it an awful experience. I have attempted to handle this issue, but I refuse to let my hard-earned money be wasted.

Note for the manager: seek advisement from a customer service consultant, as this is not the way to handle customers. I provided pictures as proof.

When this place first opened it was wonderful! I’ve been going here since she was serving her cheesecake cups out of mason jars, however it has not been the same. I Asked for a chessman cookie cheese cake jar and once I tasted it I knew it tasted like vanilla wafers instead. I hate vanilla wafers and I don’t know why she would give me that when that’s not what I asked for and had to wait 10 mins for it to be made. I only like coming here when the owner is in because she makes it just how you ask. The past two times I been here have not been great. First time the cheesecake filling wasn’t all the way mixed which threw off the taste & made it taste awful. It had clumps all through it. And now I have this vanilla wafer cheesecake jar which is awful as well because I hate vanilla wafers. Hopefully she can get employees that actually care. Nobody runs your business like you would run your business

If I could give this place negative 5 stars that’s what I would rate them! I ordered a strawberry shortcake with yellow cake batter and received strawberry batter instead. I had the girl to repeat my order multiple times to make sure she had it right and still mess with my order. I will not support this place again!

I purchased two banana pudding cups and they were horrible , the cookies tasted stale and it was not enough pudding to balance out the cookies and on top of not being fresh ..

I ordered strawberries and strawberry party shooters last week….they charged me a up charge fee because I did a same day order…..they strawberries was very small, and the party shooters wasn’t good at all, it’s like they just threw my order together….for $85 dollars I wouldn’t recommend this place
