I ordered strawberries and strawberry party shooters last week….they charged me a up charge fee because I did a same day order…..they strawberries was very small, and the party shooters wasn’t good at all, it’s like they just threw my order together….for $85 dollars I wouldn’t recommend this place

The owner of this establishment is extremely rude and unprofessional. My sister had an event to celebrate her new baby and it was ruined because of the incorrect order of her cupcakes. The whole point of this situation is when you pay for something and a service, it is the expectation that you are getting what you pay for! And if there are issues that arise, there should have been communication! The level of unprofessionalism is appalling to me and normally we go to businesses we recommend to one another. Will not be coming here for my events!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. BEWARE they are the worst. I ordered 2 dozen strawberry cupcakes and 2 dozen strawberry crunch strawberries for my baby sprinkle. Nothing special or difficult. It was a brunch so pick up was the day before as they would not be open before the start of my event. I received an email saying pick up will be arranged between their hours of 12-7pm, no one ever told me a pick up time. I get there around 1:30 and they tell me my pick up time is 3:30. I do not live close and it was really an inconvenience but what can I do right? I go back at 3:30 and the order still is not ready. I wait and at this point I'm irritated. As I'm driving home I realize they only gave me half my order. I call and they say they realize the error and I have to come back to get the other half because I live to far for delivery. I couldn't go back for a 3rd time so I send my sister. She kindly brings my cupcakes and they made yellow cupcakes with different icing. I call back and they tell they are closing and will call me back. I wait until 4:30pm the next and hear nothing from no one. So I call them and the rude lady tells me I got half my order because she is training someone. Then she says I received yellow cupcakes because they ran out of strawberry! Why didn't they go to the store and get strawberries or at least call and inform me of the favors available? Then I ask about the different icing. She says they changed the tip of the piping bag! Why??? that's not what I ordered. She then offers me more cupcakes. My event has passed!!! Then she offers me a $28 store credit. I would never come back here why would I take a store credit!!! As I demanded a refund she tells me their are no refunds of course. I said you ruined the look of my cupcake tower at my baby shower and ethically she should give me a refund. Of course she did not. As I got more upset she hung up in my face. SO these incompetent individuals claim to the right to make you whatever they want despite your order and will keep your money! I am warning you stay away from here!!!

I came in to order strawberry crunch cupcake and she did not have any but stated she could take the buttervream cupcakes and make them when I received the order she crushed up strawberry wafer cookies as the topping. I will spend whatever on food if it looks good so I wont be back.

Horrible service they never give me my food when I order it off of doordash and the cupcakes were soggy when I decided to go pick it up one day..I don’t recommend eatin here it’s terrible service and they over price you for some things please don’t waste your money on this place it’s basic and the owner is very rude and disrespectful when I went up there to tell them what happened and why they canceled my DOORDASH order

First off I’ll start by saying that this the BEST place to order any party favors from. Not only do they have that but also if you have a sweet tooth this is your spot. The flavors of the cake is delicious and the presentation is A1. The staff is amazing, they greet you as soon as you walk in , the speed of service is outstanding. Please shop here and support our black businesses. Love the owner she’s phenomenal!
