So I stopped ordering rib tips a long time ago from happy's pizza. Especially this Location on 9 MI. 'm out. I thought that I will give it a try again. Bad idea when I called, I told them. I would like rib tips that I can eat. My rib tips are tough as hell.I will not be back

You guys are really mis-Advertising with that smoked chicken ad! There was no smoke flavor at all!!! The chicken looked a day old and slathered in barbecue sauce. A horrible waste of money.

Service was speedy and professional, the order was double checked and accurate, the food was hot and the portions large. The store communicated when an item was unavailable. My order was ready at the expected time. Overall very pleased with the experience and quality. Parking was plentiful and the store is in a convenient location.

Had a taste for them bar b cue fries and honey bar b que wings... also saw a sauce that intrigued me... garlic bar b que... placed order online to see how efficient it would be... it was very efficient and order was accurate EXCEPT they didn't have the garlic bar b cue sauce and didn't say anything! I checked my order before I left and had to decide on another sauce. Smh. Also the bar b cue sauce was only drizzled over the fries... they should be bathed/ tossed in the sauce. I passed two other happys to come to this location as they are usually more on point. Food was good for the most part. They also usually have great combo deals to feed a family or just a couple of folks. Please just step your customer service game up, know what's in hand... cover the fries in sauce... thank you

the low reviews are accurate. pizza had almost no sauce (very dry) , no flavor, and none of the guys had on gloves preparing the food. will be disputing claim with my bank. i miss 2012 happy’s.

Sent me the wrong pizza , manager caught an attitude / took 0 responsibility when I called to complain then intentionally sent me a cold pizza. ( had to be intentional because the driver came straight here, less than 5 minutes from happy’s .. but somehow the pizza was cold??? Yea ok)
