You guys are really mis-Advertising with that smoked chicken ad! There was no smoke flavor at all!!! The chicken looked a day old and slathered in barbecue sauce. A horrible waste of money.

Service was speedy and professional, the order was double checked and accurate, the food was hot and the portions large. The store communicated when an item was unavailable. My order was ready at the expected time. Overall very pleased with the experience and quality. Parking was plentiful and the store is in a convenient location.

Had a taste for them bar b cue fries and honey bar b que wings... also saw a sauce that intrigued me... garlic bar b que... placed order online to see how efficient it would be... it was very efficient and order was accurate EXCEPT they didn't have the garlic bar b cue sauce and didn't say anything! I checked my order before I left and had to decide on another sauce. Smh. Also the bar b cue sauce was only drizzled over the fries... they should be bathed/ tossed in the sauce. I passed two other happys to come to this location as they are usually more on point. Food was good for the most part. They also usually have great combo deals to feed a family or just a couple of folks. Please just step your customer service game up, know what's in hand... cover the fries in sauce... thank you

the low reviews are accurate. pizza had almost no sauce (very dry) , no flavor, and none of the guys had on gloves preparing the food. will be disputing claim with my bank. i miss 2012 happy’s.

Sent me the wrong pizza , manager caught an attitude / took 0 responsibility when I called to complain then intentionally sent me a cold pizza. ( had to be intentional because the driver came straight here, less than 5 minutes from happy’s .. but somehow the pizza was cold??? Yea ok)

Order was done online. The family ordered Howie's Pizza. However, Happy Pizza delivers also. I tried to explain to the delivery person who was a female that we had ordered Howie's Pizza, but since there was an error I explained to the young lady that I will go ahead and pay the $24 for the pizza. She was very rude and combative screaming in front of my house saying that she is not going to be responsible for the food I told her that I was going to pay for it since it was not their error, but she continued to be very rude I had to call management to explain the situation. I told him that I will pay for the food, and even give her a tip when she brings the order back. She didn't bring the order back, it was another individual a male who brought my order back, I would never order from Happy's Pizza again. The young lady even told me when entering her car that she wasn't going to eat the pizza nor pay for the pizza. She refused to listen to me that I was going to pay because it was not their error however she didn't listen because she was hollering and screaming in front of my house It was very disrespectful for my neighbors to hear this.
