Terrible service. Ordered dinners with rice and additional items for carry out. I pick up my food, get all the way home and find NO RICE with my meals! I called to report no rice, and they placed me on hold for 7 minutes (he put the phone on the counter, I could hear everything). I hang up and call back. I tell him the problem, no apologies for no rice or putting me on hold for 7 minutes. He even remembers saying rice or fries. I said rice. Even though I said rice, he said he didn't add it cause I wanted soup too☹️. After trying to defend, he says comeback and he'll give me rice. Just rude. The Game is on and I won't be back here. I made my own rice. This is my 3rd time and last. In addition, the food quality & taste aren't consistent enough to rely on for classic Mediterranean cuisine.

Five stars all around. I had a small issue with my order, and instead of just apologizing, they went above and beyond by personally delivering the missing items to my workplace since I couldn’t leave again. That level of service is almost unheard of these days. Food is always amazing, but the people truly make this place special!!
