So I am actually a delivery driver and have done a delivery or two before for this restaurant ,I walked in and walked to the bathroom area and they asked me what I was doing and I said I’d like to use your restroom. He said no only for customers then I offered him a few dollars And still got the same reaction !!!! I just thought that was crazy so I would never recommend eating here or going here to anyone if you can’t even be in the store 10 seconds, without questioning about why you’re using the restroom what if I was going to sit down and eat afterwards? I was even dressed nicely wearing dress shoes, Apollo dress pants and a winter jacket and the first thing you’re greeted with is what are you doing? to me it’s just crazy wouldn’t you want people to come in if they needed to use the bathroom maybe they get the good smell of the food and want to recommend it or grab a menu to tell other people about it now what positive thing would I ever have to say about this place?

After 30 years of testing out all the middle eastern spots, this is the one. Favorite highlights, best in the metro Detroit area: the lentil soup, the smoky baba ghanoush, fresh hummus, roasted cauliflower tahini app or wrap, fresh oven baked bread, mango juice are just my highlights.. vegan friendly + my meat eater friends lose their minds here too, it’s the place I pick to show off our exceptional Arab cuisine to out of town friends. A staple in our rotation of carry-out or occasionally eating in for an even fresher meal, and they’re always friendly. Shout out La Marra!
Since when can't I add tabouli to a falafel sandwich? Told you "can't" do that. As well as couldn't pay attention to me on the phone. Place has really gone downhill. I don't know how they stay open when pita Cafe down the street is so much better...And to reply to the rude response. I hope everyone sees this. Unacceptable. You never once said you would make the sandwich for an extra charge. You just said you can't do it. And you misheard half the order because you were too busy yelling in the background.. p.s your grammatical reply explains a lot about your business

Had the unfortunate experience of having a long piece of hair in my tabbouli salad. First time eating there since restaurant changed. Huge turnoff. I'm going back for a refund but won't return for the food. They could very well get cited for that.
paid $12 for a falafel with fries. asked dude how much was the half a handful of fries that came with my sandwich, he said $6. i guess i’ll just get 2 sandwiches from now on ?EDIT: i paid $12 cash and got a few coins back. forgive me for rounding up ??
I had an unfortunate experience at La Marsa in Oak Park. The hygiene practices were concerning, as the cook/manager, who also appeared to be handling food, was not wearing a hair net or gloves. This is particularly troubling because when I reported finding a hair in my food, the response was dismissive, and a refund was refused. Based on this experience, I advise caution and suggest the establishment needs to improve its sanitary standards.”

LOVE this place, I’m a super picky eater and usually don’t have anything positive to say about a lot of food chains. But this place is worth every penny, it tastes amazing and super fresh and healthy. Service is very quick, staff is super friendly, and the food is absolutely phenomenal. Best soup and smoothies and literally everything all around. Very happy and this place never lets me down
