Had to wait 25 minutes for breadsticks and they were the worst breadsticks I’ve ever seen. Skinny, and smelled awful did not smell like the usual stuff.

I just ordered a hot and ready and crazy bread. The bread isn’t cooked and the pizza is burnt, too hard to even bite. So pissed off I didn’t notice it because it’s burned on the bottom and rushing to get to my daughters practice at 5pm I can’t get a hold of management or anyone just a prompt pre recorded message when you call the store. Now I have to go up there tomorrow

Today i spent $31 bucks on 3 hot and ready and 2 crazy bread. The pizzas was dry and hard . My bread was the only thing fresh

No parmesan or butter on the crazy bread and nasty pizza that tastes like it's been sitting out all day.
placed a order at 5pm to pick up at 9:15 as soon as I arrived the lobby was full and there was no one at the register finally after 20 mins a worker appeared didn’t say anything and kept trying to get orders out, then a second worker appeared who really did not help out his coworker instead he was just on his phone talking to his friends. then 3 separate customers came in ordered pizza and received their pizza before my order was ready at this point i’ve been waiting almost 40 mins. finally after receiving my food and i got home i notice half of the pizza was still raw and not edible! do not waste your money at this location!

I see that this location still sucks. After intentionally avoiding this location for years, I accidentally placed a delivery order with them online last night.
Issues: I was supposed to have received stuffed crust, but it was regular crust; there were three slices that didn't even have beef toppings on them, there was just cheese on them; and the crust tasted bland and sad. I don't understand why or how the order got messed up. It was so simple. Stuffed crust pizza with beef topping. Pretty basic, but still messed up. *sigh*
If you want a better pizza that tastes like it was made by people who at least care about their jobs, go to the location on 9 Mile in Oak Park. Their pizza may take a while to get, but it's delicious.
