The purpose of a DRIVE THRU....to order food from your vehicle, to not have to get out the vehicle. So why at this location do they have you come inside to order but you can call in an order and pick it up from the drive thru window. Make it make sense! Cause it doesn't make sense.

The people were ok. But the sanitation was horrible. Nobody from the front to the back, I mean not one person had on gloves. While preparing food. Nobody had on hair nets. It was a mess. Not even the manager.

Longest I’ve ever waited for a pizza. Ordered via app, arrived at the time quoted (which was 30 minutes) and still waiting 15 more minutes for crazy bread. You get what you pay for but even sometimes cheap isn’t worth it. Miserable experience, even for little Caesar’s.

Great food but terrible customer service. As long as I've been coming here. The cashiers are not communicating with each other so one of the cashiers decided to accuse me of stealing pizza that was handed to me by her coworker. She said she needed proof I paid for an $8 pizza in drive thru around 8:45pm 7/6/25. Please hire better cashiers that treat customers with kindness and respect.
I’m really not the type to leave reviews unless it’s something crazy, but this has to be the worst establishment I’ve ever been too. I completely understand not working yourself to death over low wages, but me & a friend waited in the drive through for just under an HOUR and were never even spoken to. No one ever came to the drive thru window, people were (slowly) coming & going from the inside & it was around 6 pm, nowhere near closing time. If you’re not gonna work the drive thru, just close it. There’s obviously not a manager to tell you not to close it, and if there is one there, they don’t give a shit anyway, obviously. Other reviews paint similar horror stories. There’s a little Caesar’s nearby on Coolidge, and another on Hilton in Ferndale. They’re both light years ahead of this location, I’m genuinely shocked this joke of an establishment is still open. Oak park deserves better.
