Literally been waiting in the dining room for a half an hour —unfortunately, the people that were in front of me haven’t gotten their food yet either I would try and get my money back, but I was at the kiosk. They’re out of ice. They’re out of printer paper. The customers are out of patience . I’ve never seen anything like this before in my life at a fast food restaurant.

The chicken was refried and very nasty. The milkshake machine was DOWN at Noon, Smh!!!! It’s lunchtime, what are you doing lol!!!!! Then I had to change my drink and instead of them giving me that price they charged me for the Carmel frappe, Smh. I had to Pull over and wait for the frappe. The cashiers are always NICE, that’s why I gave 2 stars. The food is nasty and I won’t be back. The

Unimaginably abominable wait times. Don't know why this place isn't rated lower. Such an incredible blight on the already tarnished McDonald's name. Seriously cannot emphasize enough. I have not moved for about 20 minutes. Just an imaginably long time to process even a single order. I don't think the workers tonight even graduated kindergarten, let alone got their GEDs

This was my last visit to this establishment, service was slow and they still got my order wrong. Customer service was bad, staff laughing and joking, talking, texting on phone while you have customers standing around waiting on their order. If the young people don't want the job then stay at home. If your job is not your no.1 priority and doing your best isn't important
