Carrout order messed up a again and as other customers are saying- yhey don't care They put a MEAT pue in my VEGGIE combo. I mean, I haven't eaten dead animal in over 40 years- this was horrific to me. Contaminated the whole order. And THEY want YOU to come back up to them - i feel they should find the order in the computer and put the refund back on my card...yeah RIGHT...

Pita Cafe used to be my favorite Mediterranean spot in town, but it’s now my least favorite and I won’t be returning. My last three orders have been disgusting.
I usually order a shish tawook sandwich or a chicken shawarma sandwich with extra garlic (sometimes on the sandwich, sometimes on the side). I always request the chicken to be hot, which it should be if it’s truly made fresh, but the last three times my chicken has been cold.
This most recent order was especially disappointing. There were only three strips of chicken in the sandwich, and the rest was overly loaded with lettuce to fill the space.
The last time I visited, they also messed up my order. The chicken was freezing, and when I asked for a new sandwich, they simply warmed up the same sandwich and tried to give it back to me. Thankfully I checked in my car, went right back in, and got a refund.
It’s really sad to see how much they’ve declined. They’ve lost a customer of 15+ years. Wishing you all the best.

Excellent food! Best shawarma hands down but they have made their plate portions smaller and have raised the prices. Not to mention the service. They are very bland and not appreciative of your business, they really take us patrons for granted.

I visit this place often and was so disappointed how my issue was handled. I called placed an order for Greek grilled chicken salad and lamb and chicken combo. Got home and realized they didn’t add chicken to my salad. I called them to tell them they said call back in ten minutes while they look for my slip. I called back and someone got on the phone asked if I could come back I said no I was to far away he proceeded to tell me to take a picture of the salad and when I come back maybe they will Give me side of chicken or new salad but he didn’t Know because he not the manager. This was unacceptable I managed Customer Service for over 40 years this should not been the response. The pita cafe is not a cheap restaurant but will not be treated like my dollars and satisfaction don’t matter.
Purchased a Chicken Kafta sandwich this sandwich is wrapped mind you and while eating it. I stumbled upon a piece of string/ burlap in the freaking sandwich. I was highly upset contacted the restaurant. The manager Hidish rushed me off the phone wasn’t highly concerned nor was he apologetic. I advised him that I wanted a refund and that I would be contacting the Health Department. Please avoid this place . I will not patronage this place ever again. The service has went down since Covid..

Ordered fried shrimp rice meal. The Lentil soup was watered down not as good as in the past. I used to visit there for dine in on a regular basin however since covid my visits are infrequent. Fast carry out service. Resturant was emptied of dine in patrons. I was curious why. It used to be busy with wait line. The quality of my food was ok except the shrimps were very greasy. The garlic was still very good.
