1st time visit with my close sister/friend and absolutely loved this establishment. Working thru the maze construction 🚧 (coming from Southfield) wore me out, but once I got there, it was so worth it! I will definitely return and recommend it to my family & friends.💯❣️

I've been eating here since I was 13. My daughter is now 13, and she loves Sahara as much as I do. The food has been consistently delicious for more than the 30 yrs I've been going. Through the 9 & Coolidge transformation (putting neon palm trees IN the tabletops), to their move to the current spot in the Coolidge & 696 service drive Plaza, their service, quality and consistency has never let me down. Yella! I'm hungry!

I had loved this place for many many years! I lived and worked nearby at one point. I no longer do and it is about a 20 minute drive now. I visited last month for the first time in a very long time (probably about 2 years). Food and service was just okay, the atmosphere is very tired…decor could definitely be refreshed.
