Terrible customer service, there’s no communication at this location whatsoever. One manager promised me a free box for missing items then when i try to come get it another manager claims he’s not giving me a free box, i literally just had to argue with this man. Do not go to this

The store was very busy but the workers seemed to keep up well with the high traffic. The food was very fresh and hot when served. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Not a bad thing to mention. (Except for them taking the crab cake slider off of the menu- I will be writing to the franchise about that!)Vegetarian options: One of our parties is pescatarian and has no problems finding something on the menu. She said her food was delicious!Kid-friendliness: Staff was friendly when taking the kids orders. I love when they treat my teen and preteen as "people" instead of "just a kid"
