New Management very selfish on items. They use a little Ice cream scooper, even the tomatos are small can't hardly understand English as well. Watch your change given by the cashier she can't count. Guess I'll stay with Jimmy J for now on. This is all bread

Maybe you all need more employees. Its 1 person here saying that this small uber eats delivery / pickup going to be 10 mins to make. Someone else came in to order and he told him the line will be down for 1 hour, I guess so he can play catch up. Yall losing money rejecting customers. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I have been a patron of this store before as it was the closest Subway. I have also come here much more recently for deliveries. I tolerated my first encounter with them as a delivery driver despite the rudeness of the male employee as if I have inconvenienced him by having to pick up an order that a customer has already paid for. My second encounter was not much better. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude. He asked me who I was picking up for then rudely cut me off as I tried to give the names and told me five more minutes. There were two other customers that had fairly uncomplicated orders but this man didn't bother to help his female coworker complete the orders. I kept track of the time and it took her about ten minutes to complete the order as the man stood in the back doing absolutely nothing. The fem employee was pleasant enough but the male employees in this place are plain rude and have no sense of customer service. Thank you to the fem employee. I'm sorry that you have to carry the burden of having to deal with coworkers like that. I would never patronize this place again. If you hate customer service, maybe you shouldn't be doing it.

Omg skip this subway and go to Berkeley. You spend your money there and they won’t llet you use the restroom. They will tell you it’s out of order. I ordered pick up a sandwich for pick up. I got home and there was hair in my food and my sandwich was dry and barely any meat.

Actually, they do, then they just hang up sooo idk how you're supposed to cancel orders or anything when you accidentally place it at this garbage location. Please stay clear of this place

Worst subway location ever! Do not go to this location! These people are rude. Do not have any customer service skills. The female that preps the sandwiches always has an attitude. They charge you all kind of different prices and to make matters worst the owner is no different. If they make a mistake they want you to still purchase the food. STAY AWAY there are better locations.

I usually try not to take things personally, even when service is off but today was just bizarre. I was asked to wait multiple times with weird delays, and it honestly felt like they were going out of their way to avoid helping me although I was the only person in the store. I knew what I wanted, I was polite, but it felt like I wasn’t welcome. I’ve had iffy experiences at this location before, but this one sealed it.

I’ll be going out of my way to the Woodward location in Berkeley from now on - it’s like night and day. Just sharing in case anyone else has left here wondering, ‘Was that just me?’ Nope. Very unpleasant.

Do not go here, worst service of any subway. Did a online order and when I walked in the woman behind the counter was talking on the phone and when handed my order she just mumbled at me( never heard the damn thing she said). Paid for double meat(didn't get) and my wife's sub was completely wrong. How hard do you have to fail at life to not be able to even make a sub right? Probably why you work at a subway in oak park.

The staff at this location was rude and not very accommodating to their customer. I thought the first time I went was just a bad experience, so I tried them again. Sad to say my next experience was worst and I will never go there again.
