Slowest Taco Bell drive thru I’ve ever been in. Sat for 10 minutes to order my food and another 15 in line. Almost 30 minutes!

I’ve avoided this Taco Bell for a few years, but stopped in recently when the nearby Ferndale location was closed. I don’t think the staff here are bad at all. They were decently polite, but something about the experience still feels cold and disconnected. I ordered through the app and the drink I chose wasn’t available, and they forgot the sauces too. It may not seem like a big deal, but little things like that add up.
What really stands out is how unchanged this place feels after years. It reminds me why I stopped coming. The issue doesn’t seem to be with the team working there. I’ve been to other Taco Bell locations and had a much better experience, so I believe it comes down to whoever owns or manages this one. It feels like the community is not valued here. That is disappointing. If someone were just passing through, this would leave the wrong impression of the area.

They’re always talking and moving super slow. It’ll be two people waiting on food and it takes 30+ minutes. They’re always giving me old potatoes. It’s very rare that I get none dried out potatoes even if I order over 6 soft potato tacos. If they work as much as they hold conversations, things will be a lot better.

I don’t typically review fast food restaurants but the ladies that serviced me this morning (around 9:30a) were so sweet and accommodating. I just had to leave a review. I did a mobile order this morning and when I pulled up to the drive-through one of the items I ordered was not available, they kindly let me substitute for another menu item as well as threw in a complimentary drink. Good quality customer service is hard to come by these days, keep up the work ladies!

Old Taco Shells and Chalupas waste of money. Tacos falling apart before you even bite it, waste of money.
This place is horrible over charge me gave me beans and chip my order came up to 50 bucks for garbage this place is trash.

They always get the order right AND most importantly everyone I’ve interacted with has been so nice and as personable as you can be during a quick drive thru fast food interaction. They deserve raises because they are kind and work hard. The line in the drive thru is never too long even on weekend late nights which is not usually the case. It is not the closest Taco Bell to my house (it’s the second lol) but i will go to this one because i know it will be a better overall experience. I love the good people of this Taco Bell.

My first order was not correct. No biggie as mistakes happen. Went the next evening and explained it to Ms Antoinette, the Manager, and she gladly had my order done correctly! Kudos to the staff! They keep the restaurant spotless!!! Will definitely recommend to others and be coming back!!! Thank you!!!

What's there between 11:45 12:15 ish, ordered burrito supreme+ chicken soft taco w extra sour cream. A chicken soft taco was OVER smothered in purple cabbage & really nothing much else. WANTED TO GO BACK AND COMPLAIN BUT I HAD TO GET BACK TO WORK. This is one of the main reasons why I never came back here. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Girl behind the counter in the kitchen was looking at me really weird as you prepare my food and I waited extra long for it.
