If you come to this location at the right time. You are in and out. Only Drive-thru. The line can get ridiculous at times. But I've waited because of the type of service I've received. Staff is always professional and nice. My items are always correct. I would not recommend if you are in a rush and there is a line.

Painfully slow- there’s always a line that goes off the property and blocks traffic because there’s no escape once you’re in the drivethru. The people inside seem to enjoy making everyone’s day come to a hault.

There was no consideration at all when I called and told them how my iced coffee was made incorrectly, except a simple sorry apology. Usually a manager would try to accommodate a returning customer in such a way especially when they're order was made wrong. I will not be returning to this store. Lack of effort and didn't make my coffee as I requested!!!!
waited in line to be told there’s no food at all. Have a sign up next time whoever was working 6:00pm told me so rudely like she was irritated when i was asking if there’s different options when she first told me “‘no chicken”

I was going to an oak park timhortants and i was going with my whole family i said i wanted NO CHEESE ON MY Sandwich and one blueberry muffin my husband cant eat dairy so i said no cheese when i pulled up they was hair in my food and cheese on the sandwich and it wasn't any blue berry muffin i told her she got my order wrong and she started to yell and argue worst experience ever

Need to open. The inside is too much clutter at this small Tim Horton not to have the inside just to drive through open big inconvenience traffic, and for the people.Parking: Very small how they designed it it is not good for the store or the customers and now that the drive-through is the only thing open. It is chaos.
