How does Detroit health department allow tem to do business???seriously how do they keep there business license. Your not supposed to sell food if you don't have a bathroom for the public. I'll never eat here again. Poor quality, bad service, it must be a front for something else.!!!!!

I purchased a regular sandwich and paid additional for jumbo. They gave me a regular sub with regular amount of meat. I attempted to take it back was told to wait until tomorrow because they were about to close, call back and speak with the owner.
I called, called and called. Phone kept picking up and hanging up. I went back today and they stated the sandwich was jumbo, refused to remake because half was eaten. Mentioning again I tried to take it back last night. At the least they could’ve made it right. I’m am very disappointed and also the quality of the food horrible, customer service horrible.
The owner attitude was horrible and unwilling to satisfy a long time customer. No attempt to make things right. I use to go there all the time but will not be patronizing this place anymore. Especially after spending damn near $20 for one sandwich where they decreased the portion size. Please believe the corporate office was notified as well. Sad
One last thing the owner lied to corporate and said I didn’t bring back a half sandwich and offered me a discount. The things people say. My review still stands and a long time customer says good bye.

Owners attitude is horrible...I complained about my sandwich..never asked for any money back ...he refused to remake my order..then I guess he decided to remake it and tampered with my food and also just took the same remaining food from the first sandwich and used it to make the new sandwich!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Terrible....... I'm disgusted ?

The WORST Tubby's location in America. They find new ways to mess up every time you order. Order online and get a confirmation # just to be told you need to reorder when you get there to pick up. Not to mention this place is nasty and their sandwiches aren't up to par with other Tubbys. Needless to say I will never set foot in this location again. Thanks for completely wasting my time!!!
