Ordered on the app to this location by accident called the location for a refund. They acted stupid call to charge it back on my credit card. They said I had to contact the merchant now they won’t answer the phone. Spend your money on something more secure and stay away from this place globally

The service was very nice. The food is not what I remember it, then again haven't eaten this in 3 or 4 years. I remember footloose being $5. Today, I spent $32.89 for 2 footlongs. Half the lights were shut off in the store. Tried to go here a few days ago at 7 pm on a Friday, closed. Seems like there isn't enough business and the owner is cutting down to bare minimums or can't keep employees? Somethings not right. Made me worry if the food was old. Won't be returning. Only giving 5 stars for the woman working. She was friendly enough and did her job, had patience with the teenagers in front of me.

Ok so went in a little after noon, no one was in line the lady (Diana)that works there didn't bother to look up at me or say a word and continued working on a to go order. A little acknowledgement would of went a long way with me. Then after she was done making all 3 of the footling to go, she said what can I get you. No greeting at all.... Then I asked for extra meat there was no extra meat on my sub but I was charged for it. I get the same sub everytime I go to Subway and the exact same way. I even asked for mine to be toasted ti.e and a half and it wasnt. Very displeased....

I ordered a sub for my daughter for dinner though the app. When I went to pick it up the store was closed (about 6:30p). They charged my credit card and in the app it is as though I got my order. Went to the store today to get a refund and was told to “do that through the app” or call corporate. There is no number for “corporate” and no way to get a refund through the app. If you close your store, don’t accept orders. There is no excuse for this.

Hours on the door say they are open till 10pm. When I walked up at 6pm, the doors are locked no one was inside. How can they stay in business if they aren’t open.

They are overcharging the customers. Footlong deal is $6.99 and it is participating location but they charged full price even when we ask there is deal and point blank was told no deal on this location. Worst customer service.

A sub shop with no bread at 1pm!
No footlong pretzels or anything!
The tomatoes are old, the guacamole was not green, yet not brown??? No bottled coke so I went with fountain that is some how flat!
This location use to be so busy and fresh, sad it has declined to this level. 🫤

BREE was very rude and not friendly, I asked for the sandwich to be toasted and she took it upon her self to change the rules and say that she can’t because it’s against there policy. The sandwich was thrown together in a rush after waiting for my online order. Very displeased

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the girl outside played on her phone and ignored me. Eventually I convinced myself that they were closed, I stepped outside and asked her their hours, and she assured me they were still open. At this point I foolishly expected some kind of acknowledgement, but she just stared at me blankly until I gave up and walked away.

Sign says they open at 9.
They have three people sitting behind the counter talking but wont open the door or answer the phone it’s now 11 and nothing! What a joke of a subway!
