Like the other reviews say, quality seems Great during the week, but cook sends out cold or poorly prepared food on weekend. We LOVE the pancakes and other food from scratch but after two weekend orders were served to us burnt and crusty (had to ask waitress to have it remade- she saw no problem serving burnt food to us) we gave up and didn't go back until after weekend. We encountered the same issues last season so this is nothing new. We understand good help is hard to find, and corrective training is always promised. We Highly recommend this place unless the "weekend cook" is there. It is a 5 star place when "good" cook is at work.

My husband and I had the best breakfast here and the service was excellent! Loved the decorations and the friendly atmosphere too.

Seriously the most delicious breakfast we’ve had in a long time.
The service was outstanding and we will for sure return the next time we are up that way.

My husband and I were celebrating our last week of vacation and our anniversary. We just wondered about Ma's. After driving by a few times earlier in the week, and month, we finally stopped.

My husband ordered eggs over medium and I ordered the an olive burger. My burger and fries were delicious, but barely warm. My husband's whole breakfast was badly cooked. The eggs were overcooked and potatoes were over-cooked and cold.

My husband tried, but couldn't eat his. I ate half of mine, but my husband was so upset, I gave up.

The waitress eventually came out and offered to have another cook prepare my husband's breakfast, but this was much too late. Thoughtful, though.

Fantastic service and very friendly ❤️ I had the monte Cristo. Best sandwich I've ever had. I would recommend new chairs for outside diners. I was very uncomfortable, so if you have any back or hip issues...dine inside.

Been to Ma's Diner several times and always had a great experience. The food is fantastic and the cook is so friendly! Unfortunately, my family felt very unwelcome by the waitress on our most recent visit. Again, this was very out of the norm from our past experiences. There was an error on my order and I told the waitress. It wasn't a big deal and I wasn't upset at all. I just don't like ketchup and it was put on my hot dog. I asked for mustard only. For some reason this irritated her. She said nothing and abruptly took the plate away. It was really strange. She came back several minutes later and said the cook was going to re-do the order and again just walked away. We still can't figure out why she was so upset.

Note to that waitress: If you're having a bad day, that's understandable, but please don't take it out on your customers who were nothing but nice to you, and still left you a decent tip. Still love the diner, just didn't like that one experience!

Ma's is simply a jewel of a place. After driving past many times too late, we finally stopped for breakfast. I was fantastic. Amazing food (everything scratch made) and super friendly service. Biscuit and Gravy... Yum. Even finish breakfast with homemade dessert. Red Velvet cheesecake. Can't wait to go back.

Great small town diner. Got a BLT with local bacon and nice thick local tomato slices. They had homemade ice cream, I had the blueberry waffle cone, it was delicious.

While on a day trip to the waterfall I stopped off for diner. Both the guests and the staff was friendly. The staff was energetic and prompt. The food was just right.

Pleasantly surprised by this hideaway with such cool decor and great breakfasts! Good biscuits and gravy and eggs done right. Prices were very reasonable. This will become a favorite for us! Order the espresso with steamed milk for a specialty coffee. They had a bourbon pumpkin brûlée pie I will get next time!
