I love stopping at Woodwinds when we pass through Onaway. Food is always yummy and I can't resist the soup and salad bar. Just had the cream of turkey with veggies soup ..which was like Turkey Pot Pie a bowl... Delish!! Plus, you can top it off with a slice of the most amazing pies.
My wife and I had the meat lovers breakfast and enjoyed all of it. We even had enough to take home. I would recommend it for all.

This was my favorite place but sadly, the last couple of times it wasn’t good. The carrot cake was old and dry and the pizza I was excited to eat had a black burnt crust. $30 down the drain

Better than usual up north experience. I should have had my picture taken with the huge ceramic bear out front. My breakfast burrito was top notch and filled the plate. More than a meal but I took it as a challenge! No take home!

Stopped here on a whim. So glad we did! The food was hot, fresh and delicious. We had a party of 9 and our waitress was awesome! We all got our food at the same time and it was hot. Highly recommend the hot beef and mashed potatoes

We stopped here to eat on a long trip up north. Food was excellent, fast service, and a friendly waitress. The restaurant was very clean and decorative! We got a pizza and the Reuben sandwich with fries both great! We will be back!

A coworker and I were out of town gallivanting for places to enjoy a good lunch and stumbled upon this place. A very nice young whippersnapper seated us at our table from whence we ordered food from a menu filled to the brim with delicious burgers, sandwiches, salads, dinners, pizzas, and appetizers, so many that my coworker and I got into a little kerfuffle as to which the best option was. I opted to sample the salad bar prior to my order arrived and let me say, it knocked my socks off! The soups included with the salad bar were scrumptious and all the items on the salad bar itself were fresh and tasty. The Big Swamper sandwich I ordered was amazeballs, truly the cat’s pajamas! Our orders arrived in a very timely fashion by our lovely, pleasant, gigglemug waitress. In short this place is the CATS MEOW and we will certainly make it a point to come here time and time and again!
