I want to take a moment to recognize Asia at the Onsted Subway for absolutely blowing me away with her professionalism and skill. When I walked in, she was the only person running the counter, facing a full line of customers plus multiple mobile orders already waiting. Most people would have looked overwhelmed—but not Asia.

In less than 15 minutes, she cranked out 7 subs for in-store customers, kept the line moving, and still managed to tackle two mobile orders...
