The food was great, it was easily accessible for my wheelchair and it's got great atmosphere. The only criticism I have is that it was too loud. It was impossible to have a conversation. Even my seven year old granddaughter found it too loud!

Sebastian (Bas) deserves a raise and a promotion! We’ve had him multiple times now for dinner and he is always the most kind, professional, and timely server. He is always smiling and is extremely polite. Definitely makes the experience smooth and enjoyable when you have a great server!

As a customer and door-dasher they are EXTREMELY slow. The only thing holding this place is the lakeside view and the restaurant layout which is probably the best bdubs I’ve been too. Food is okay, however, most of the time it tastes like the food is cook with old oil. If you want somewhat fast service go when it’s not busy.

We sat for 20 minutes before getting our drinks. Our appetizer was cold after waiting another 20 minutes. Fries were cold with every meal after waiting for another long period of time. Drinks were not refilled table was not prebussed at all. Ketchup was empty couldn’t find the server to get another had to get up and take from another empty table. Oh and when we came in there were plenty of open tables but we had to wait for a table to be cleaned that took a while also. Worst experience out ever I hate BWW in lake orion to say the least my visits are always like this so disappointed in my home town restaurant.

Consistently disappointing food. We come here every couple years because of the shockingly beautiful view of Long Lake if you sit outside. But the food is just not good. Never has been. Stuff cooked in old oil and serve cold and slow.
Was dumb enough to give it a second chance. We all got sick both times we ate here. Food took almost an hour when it wasn't even busy.

Had a great time last weekend with great food. But our server Ashley was what made our night. She was fun and funny while still making sure we had everything we needed. Best service I’ve had! Thanks Ashley, you are the best! We will be back and be asking for her.

Great, lively atmosphere. Our server was fantastic! Cheese curds were cold and my boneless wings were overcooked. Had to break parts off that were too hard to chew. 3 out of the 4 people in our group would not go back.

After waiting 42 minutes for 10 wings and a chicken sandwich on a Wednesday night, probably won't go back. The wait staff couldn't be found to place the order, then when she did take it, after 40 minutes, not once did she say, let me check on your order, we called her over to ask about the food and her reply was, "when its ready I'll bring it out" WHAT? Then at the end of the meal all she said was how many tables she's waited on and the management was in back helping prep......I don't care, did my bill get reduced, was the food good, no cold, or was there ANY "hey I'm sorry for the long wait" nope just excuses..
