Food is mediocre for the most part, but the workers are very unpleasant and rude. Can't wait for culver's to open up right next to this location.. I'll never spend another penny here again.Update: tried them again and waited over 20 min in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. When up to the window to get my food to wait another 10 min for them to tell me to drive around and they'll bring the food out to me. I then waited another 10 min then finally a worker brought my food out with zero sense of urgency and walked .00001 mph to my vehicle to hand me my food with a very unpleasant look on her face. I asked why it took so long to give me my 2 burgers and her answer was, "we're short staffed". 100% not true because when I was at the drive thru window I saw plenty of workers inside just laughing and joking around. Joke of an establishment. Do better.

Our local checkers in Lake Orion.I have rolled through here a few times over the years. You really can't beat them for the price. They are on par if not a little better than all the other fast foods in the area but they are so much cheaper.The service is just average but I'm not going through checkers drive through for a wine & dine experience. I want a burger or chicken sandwich, some fries, and perhaps a milkshake and a good price. They deliver that every time.Recommended.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every time I go here, they screw me over. They give me coupons in the app and then when I order, somehow they can't redeem them. Today, I was literally told they could see in their system that I had a free item but could not redeem it. Instead of making it right and just giving me the free item, they looked at me until I finally drove away. Ridiculous, terrible customer service.

My meal was messed up. Wrong sandwich but big props to the manager. Easy phone call and she mailed me a oops goof coupon to replace my whole meal. I haven't seen service like that since the 80's. Redeemed the coupon later with no issues. If only service was like this everywhere.

I’ve been a fan of Rally’s/checkers for years since it first came out. Who can forget the Seth Green commercial in the 90's.I don’t care where it’s located. I’ll still drive to get my fill. Checker fries! Checker burger. Big Buford!This location is fine. Never had an issues here. Solid. Never missed an order. Simple. Never a long line.Great food!Highly recommended
