Store was dirty. No food ready at open. Kitchen was trashed. Observed unsafe food practices the one that stood out the most was a male employee panning rice in a way that it bounced off his dirty shirt into the pan. All staff were talking about quitting and using vulgar language. I'm writing before tasting my food but it can't be good because most of what I wanted wasn't available.

Lobby wasn't clean, upon reaching the food bar looking into the kitchen was a mess. Seems like the staff have no clue a broom and dust pan even exist. Don't come here if you value your dollars, I was given extremely unsatisfactory portions.

If you like crunchy rice and mystery receipts, this is your place. Got half-cooked brown rice that could chip a tooth, and when I asked for a receipt, the server said they were “running out of paper.” Guess they’re cutting corners everywhere—except on price.

I had to wait 20min for my meat and fajita; everytime I come here never no fajita and so since I asked for it I had to wait.
This location has gone down hill since the last manager was moved to a different location. They are always out of something. The napkins in the dispenser were soaked. The pop station is always a mess.

Best fast food there is! Loved Chipotle bowls. They are reasonably priced and give you so much. Wish there was one in Oxford. I drive 20 minutes to pick up take out from here.

First time giving Chipotle a go and I walk in to a line to the door and not a single employee recognizing customers for 13 minutes. Mind you, this is 13 minutes after they opened.
Then they have zero veggies ready for anything, the prep area is a disgusting mess, and even the dining area has food and junk all over the floor. How is that possible if no one has even sat down to eat yet? This place needs proper management and training.
