Very clean Culver’s restaurant. I got a shake and it was the best I had from this chain. I believe the wonderful service member who served me was Ryan and he was extremely nice. Best customer service I’ve had from any fast food chain. Thank you John Culver and Ryan.

After reading these wonderful reviews it sounds like Ryan is the soul of this Culver’s. Booking my flight to Michigan right now just to try the creamiest milkshakes Ryan has to offer. Give this man whatever he wants Culver’s for he is the man, the myth, and the legend of the secret milkshake. Dreaming of the day we have our own Ryan here at my local Culver’s!!! Will 100% go just for the Ryan milkshake experience. Put his photo on the wall!!!!

I get a call from my friends, they say “Listen, I just had the best milkshake of my life, and if that’s not enough, the fellow who served me, Ryan, made me feel like one of a kind.” He made a special recipe for my friend, who unbeknownst to Ryan, was having a terrible day. They said the shake brought them right back to those hot summer days when grandma used to make her famous milkshakes for all the kids in the neighborhood. It’s people like Ryan who go above and beyond in service that make customers keep coming back. God bless

I pulled into Culver’s drive-thru the other night feeling like life was at an all-time low. I ordered a shake, and Ryan — the absolute hero of the drive-thru — didn’t just make me a shake, he made me a masterpiece.
This thing was so good it legitimately stopped me in my tracks. It was like a hug in a cup. I went from “life is rough” to “I can’t believe how good this is” in one sip. Ryan’s kindness and the way he handed it over with a genuine smile was the cherry on top.
If anyone deserves a cape and a crown, it’s Ryan. If anyone deserves a Michelin star for a milkshake, it’s also Ryan. Culver’s, please give this man a raise — or at least his own signature shake on the menu.

Very disappointed in quality. Food was overcooked. Fish sandwich dry. Cheeseburger dry (where's the beef? Smallest patty ever!) Onion rings should never have been served. They were burned and no onion taste. Not worth the $. After this post, the manager reached out and offered free replacement of 2 sandwiches and onion rings.

Very impressed with the service and food quality at this Culver's location! Our burgers were hot and the cheese was melted well, plus the fries were nice an crispy! Our food came out pretty quickly. The staff seemed efficient as there weren't lots of young people standing around waiting for a task as I've seen at several other locations. If we lived in the area, we'd definitely be back!
