My kids and I stopped here after picking my son up from football practice. I thought this would be a nice cold. Treat on a very hot day. Instead, I was treated so rudely by a teenage girl this evening and was totally beside myself. I ordered a Oreo cookie dough blizzard for my son, which is apparently called a cookie jar. Who would have known. When nobody claimed the Sohal cookie jar, she tossed it and a couple of minutes later I said I had an Oreo blizzard. She rolled her eyes at me and said that's called a cookie jar. Rudely walked back and when she had my order ready, put it on the furthest possible end of the counter so that I would have to cut in front of the line and the crowd gathered to grab it. Lesson learned, Oreo and cookie dough blizzards are called cookie jars and I will never return to this location. I will spend my money somewhere else. I guess you can't teach customer service.

I just got a snickers blizzard with NO SNICKER. Whenever i get a blizzard it has less and less candy in it and now there’s NONE!!! How bad do you have to be at your job to do this?! I’m done with this location, this is a total waste of money.

I regularly door dash this location and every time my blizzards are basically just vanilla soft serve. There's almost no candy inside, ever. I don't know why we're skimping on the candy when that's literally what sets apart a blizzard from regular vanilla ice cream. There was even an option to add extra candy for like +1.50 more and I PAID it and STILL my blizzard came with barely anything inside!! And I'm not exaggerating when I say there was almost nothing inside. Extremely disappointed by this locations management.

This DQ has always been a miss. I always get a strawberry sundae with whipped cream and crushed peanuts. Every single time, there is barely any strawberry sauce. The last time I went, the whipped cream was melted. I don't know how this is acceptable because it absolutely isn't. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

The first time my family and I go in the kids get sundaes which was good wife and I get twist cones and as they are handing are cones to us the ice cream falls off the young girls start laughing and they made new cones large which we paid for they bring them and it's barely over the cone I said what is this we ordered large this is smaller then small the young girl remark was well we don't want it to fall again so I said we'll refund my money so I try weeks later to go back same thing with the ice cream no they blame the machine not getting cold enough thank you but I'll find somewhere else to go definitely don't recommend

Great for a quick treat or ice cream blizzard cakes, limited seating inside but there are some tables outside for warmer days
Blizzards are always halfway melted. This place may need some maintenance on their machines or new ones all together. It's not fun cleaning up a melted mess out of the car. Hope this is addressed soon!

Most times be prepared to wait in line. Sometimes workers take longer than expected. Other than that it's a normal DQ - There are better ice cream alternatives but on a summer night DQ does the trick well.

Don’t order from them via DoorDash! Your cookie dough blizzard will come without any cookie dough or chocolate chips in it. I couldn’t believe it! Learned our lesson unfortunately and will never place an online order again.

Ice cream is routinely melted when they serve it (cone and blizzard). Other DQs (like Romeo) serve their ice cream colder. It's really disappointing.
