Always fast, always fun, polite, and best of all accurate on my orders. I pass other Dunkins just to come to this one. If you aren't order the Berry Dunkin Energy drink from here, yiu are wrong.

Quick Service, But Lacked Personality
I stopped in at Dunkin’ Donuts and had an average experience overall. The service was fast, and my order was correct, which I definitely appreciate. The employee at the counter wasn’t rude at all—she did her job quickly and efficiently. However, what stood out to me was the lack of personality. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had a very bland, disengaged demeanor.
While I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, a little bit of warmth or a smile goes a long way in customer service. It just felt like I was another transaction instead of a valued customer. No “hello,” no “have a good day,” just very minimal interaction.
That said, I’m giving 3 stars because there were no actual problems—the place was clean, the service was prompt, and the food was fine. It just would’ve been a much better experience with a little more energy or enthusiasm behind the counter. Hopefully next time the vibe is a bit more welcoming.

Ordered a pick up order. Somebody picked up my order and the workers were there talking crap “we already made their drinks idk why he’s standing there we already made their drinks why is he standing there”. That was just very rude. I order from this location quite often and everytime I say I’m ordering from there, I always get told the workers are rude and today I finally learned for myself. Very disappointed. Check on those girls that work there. Nobody likes a mean girl.
Ordered 4 drinks and all came missing 1/3d of the cup, two loaded hash browns also missing over half the container size. Good in a pinch but wouldn’t recommend.

Staff was so rude to me. Ordered a frozen coffee and got a regular iced. I asked for my frozen and the lady got an attitude and talked crap about me with the girl in the blue leggings. Very rude. Never coming to this one again. Not impressed for my first time here
