Brandy and team are my fav, they are so on.point managing firehouse, I just love love rhier chillie, Brandy and team have ready for me everyday , they speak to everyone , they are so nice , real good mood, upbeat just a joy to have lunch in.

These young men were so wonderful and respectful. They made a great Italian Sub. I truly enjoyed my food, and they were also quick.

The food was good, but the teenage attitude was insufferable. Incredibly rude and uninviting. If I were the owner, I’d fire them all and replace them with more mature and professional employees.

The food is always good, but the service is lack-luster at best. The last two times I've been here it was to pick up an online order. I was never greeted, just asked if I was picking up or placing an order. Both times my order was late and missing items. The employees also seem really put out by the fact that they are working. I witnessed them arguing amongst themselves several times and a manager scolding them in front of customers.

I ordered 2 identical subs with one of them requesting no sauce. I called back to be accommodated because the person i got the sub for couldn't eat it. I was told to call back for a specific manager on another day because they don't do call backs. When i finally got to place that call i was rushed off the phone with an attitude after finally getting an offer for it to be redone. They'll never have to worry about servicing me again!

Order was 2 Hook & Ladder subs and a Mac n Cheese side. I arrived 10 minutes after Order was to be done. 2 young boys were talking loudly behind the counter. Subs were still being worked on. When I was handed my order I asked if the Mac n Cheese was in there. "Uh, no".
The side Order was at best 2/3rds full... for $4.99!

The Lake Orion Firehouse Subs is one of my favorites. Always friendly staff. Today they were very busy but they were very upfront with the wait time which everyone appreciates. The sandwiches are always good too.

The manager she an older white lady that wears glasses she’s very rude, she has no professionalism, I won’t be coming back here

Best subs around. They blow every other sub shop out of the water. Good portions, great prices, huge variety, and they have salads, soups, and desert. Forget Subway - love this place. We order at least once a month.
