I ordered in store for carry out, tipped 20% in advance, and was courteous to the staff. I was not given the order I placed. I called the store to see how we could handle it as I live a little ways away from the store. I was put on hold immediately, left there for 15 minutes and then promptly hung up on. I understand mix ups happen but there was no effort to correct it.

I have to say, I’ve been incredibly impressed with both the food and the service. We used to be loyal to Jersey Mike’s for our subs, but the quality of your food and outstanding service have completely won us over.
