I’m from out of town I ordered last night waited over an hour and never received my food- no call, no nothing. Got charged though. Tried to order again tonight - ordered and after 30 min I got a call saying they could not deliver and yet again got charged for a order that I never received. My wife called up and spoke to the (mod) manager on duty the most unprofessional and rude person I have dealt with. He would not tell me his name or even talk to me. I think it’s pretty funny that hungry howies in Lake Orion put us on a “do not deliver” list because we’ve “complained too many times”
We’ve complained twice, in the same day, because not once, but TWICE, this driver shows up with our pizza, and it’s completely smashed into the side of our pizza box. How is it OUR fault, that YOUR driver can’t deliver a pizza without completely messing it up? And then we, as PAYING CUSTOMERS, get reprimanded and have to deal...read full review
Just ordered an oven baked sub, it came half missing the front half.. when I took it back I asked for a refund and the guy told me he could remake it. I only get a half hour lunch so I asked for my money back. He said I can't do that. I again asked for my money by back and he told me no he had to give me in store credit because I paid with a card.. 3 times I told him I paid cash 5 minutes ago I don't even carry cards on me.
