I ordered the new 73 classic which advertises 73 pepperonis on one large pizza I received the pizza only received 40 something pepperonis on it called. The store asked if there's anything they could do and they said that there is nothing they can do. They put the correct amount of pepperonis on it when clearly they did not and they are false advertising saying that they put the correct amount of pepperonis on it and I will provide the proof of the advertisement

We ordered a delivery pizza (which we never do we always pick up) and it had an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. After 1 hour we called to check the status and they said our pizzas were waiting for delivery drivers to get back (15 minutes) while our pizza had already been sitting out for about 6 minutes. So our 40 minute estimate turned into 90 minutes with pizza that had been sitting out for about 30 minutes. Cancelled our order and won’t be back.

Delivered to wrong house. No “sorry about that” just an attitude even though I was very understanding and respectful. Pizzas fine but I’d avoid delivery since this is the second time this has happened now

Ordered a large "works" pizza, over cooked with hot honey drizzle. The best pizza I have had in a very long time. Lake Orion staff are very friendly. Will be ordering it soon again, even next day it was just as good.

Its like they do the opposite of what is requested and paid for.. I paid extra for 2x classic cup pepperoni and they don't put them on the pizza.. how do you forget to put pepperoni on a pizza.. especially when rhe customer pay for it.. it was 9 o'clock after a long day of work, so just ate it.. very disappointing.. I knew I should have just warmed up leftovers from dinner yesterday..
But I do want to say, they have a really great delivery guy.. I don't know his name, but the pizza is always hot and fresh when he delivers it.. thank you delivery guy, hope your boss knows your doing a great job!!
