Got take out. $50 worth. Gave instructions for oil and vinegar on the side. Got home after driving in the snow for 30 mins to find none in the bag or on the sub. I called back. The woman who answered was extremely rude didn’t even answer the phone like a job. Just said hello. Told me I could come back for the oil I said no. She proceeded to put me on hold to come back to say she’d do a refund. I said okay thinking she was going to ask more questions to find my ticket. Instead she said bye extremely rude and hung up on me before I could even ask how she was going to find my order.
Further more when we initially went in to get the order we weren’t greeted or acknowledged. Disgusting customer service.

Always very friendly and fast. Food is pretty tasty and regular size sub is slightly too big for me so I always give a nice chunk to my 4 year old. She loves Jersey Mike's!

Both ladies working were kind, they immediately went to making the two sandwiches, which were made in less than 10 minutes. One of them had a allergy and they did great about making sure it was safe

Normally I don’t have a problem with this location but they have since hired new people and they assemble Sandwhiches sloppy and don’t give two shits. Absolutely ridiculous not to mention jersey mikes prides themselves on how well they assemble a sub well not this location anymore. Absolutely ridiculous I ordered the #9 I’m certain they messed that up as well

I come in almost every Wednesday night to pick up a sub, the The manager and the one girl that works there are very rude. Most of the other kids, though are very nice.

We for sure will be coming back to this location, very great service. We appreciated to see Ocean doing a great job training a new hire Jordan, who was doing fantastic! This type of team work and professionalism is great to see. Jordan made a great sub and took my allergy for dairy seriously. The gluten free bread is also amazing.
Ordered 24 Jersey Mike's subs for an ATFD training exercise recently of several variations. Order was ready at promised time, friendly staff, packaged as requested. After a demanding training session all the Firefighters appreciated the very tasty subs. Plus they gave us a discount which was much appreciated. Highly recommended location! Thanks again we'll be back.

3:21pm 6/2 The guy working was absolutely rude. He was speaking quietly and thought he had said the name Bryan so I minded my business. Then the girl (who's very nice) said my name so I looked up and went to grab my order. When I got up there he said "I've called your name 3 times" with a very big attitude and asked if i wanted a bag, I said yes and he grabbed one then decided to just hand me the sandwiches without the bag. Mcdonalds is cheaper and gives wayyy better customer service and they're not grumpy middle aged men.
Edit 6:00pm 6/2 I calmed down and called the store. I spoke to Summer (the girl in the above scenario) and once again was nice and very understanding so my rating went from a 1 star to 4. Still very upset with the man, but I won't let the one bad apple destroy my opinion on the entire place. I just hope he realizes that people could be having a bad day and the wrong attitude could make it even worse and vise versa.

We ordered our usual BLT, salami and cheese, and the chicken bacon ranch which I usually absolutely love! Unfortunately this was the worst, oldest tasting food! My poor son took out most of not all of the bacon that looked and tasted days old!!! And my chicken bacon ranch had absolutely NO flavor but the chicken tasted wet and yet dry on the ends and so gross!! I literally threw it all away for fear of being sick ? not sure we will be back
