Stopped in to get a to go order last Sunday around noon..my sub unfortunately had a long strain of hair in it..my wife called, we were told we would be refunded but that never happened.

I’m hoping this review will help the ownership course-correct their staff. Jersey Mike’s is a good overall concept. I know they have mostly Gen Z people working and supervising, but here is a huge issue. There is never a time when I order something from this store in Lake Orion, and the order is correct. They do not read the order slips. I place my order through the app. Today, the sandwich I ordered was supposed to have 3 different meats, they only put two. On my order, I asked in special instructions to go easy on the oil and vinegar. I literally watch them put a normal helping of oil and vinegar, and then put a side of it in the bag. As the super was finishing the sandwich I had to tell her to put mayo on the sandwich per the order I had placed. It’s very frustrating that they cannot read a piece of paper and do what it says. It’s not difficult. I really wish there was a Publix in Lake Orion. The sub is half the price and twice the quality. If you’re gonna charge $20 for a sandwich, the least you can do is hold your staff accountable for delivering a quality experience for the customer. Yes I tipped on the app which made me even feel more ripped off.

Update: Management was nice enough to reach out to me about my review and offer restitution for the bad experience, and most importantly said they would make improvements with the staff by having higher expectations when it comes to following order instructions. I will update my review again after my next experience.

Got charged 4 times because they had to check us out immediately after we ordered, made my sub regular instead of giant, had to charge me like i got 2 regular subs, messed up the bread on 2 subs. Employees are rude.Awful service but good subs

Got take out. $50 worth. Gave instructions for oil and vinegar on the side. Got home after driving in the snow for 30 mins to find none in the bag or on the sub. I called back. The woman who answered was extremely rude didn’t even answer the phone like a job. Just said hello. Told me I could come back for the oil I said no. She proceeded to put me on hold to come back to say she’d do a refund. I said okay thinking she was going to ask more questions to find my ticket. Instead she said bye extremely rude and hung up on me before I could even ask how she was going to find my order.

Further more when we initially went in to get the order we weren’t greeted or acknowledged. Disgusting customer service.

Always very friendly and fast. Food is pretty tasty and regular size sub is slightly too big for me so I always give a nice chunk to my 4 year old. She loves Jersey Mike's!

Both ladies working were kind, they immediately went to making the two sandwiches, which were made in less than 10 minutes. One of them had a allergy and they did great about making sure it was safe

Normally I don’t have a problem with this location but they have since hired new people and they assemble Sandwhiches sloppy and don’t give two shits. Absolutely ridiculous not to mention jersey mikes prides themselves on how well they assemble a sub well not this location anymore. Absolutely ridiculous I ordered the #9 I’m certain they messed that up as well

I come in almost every Wednesday night to pick up a sub, the The manager and the one girl that works there are very rude. Most of the other kids, though are very nice.

Very rude workers. Took over 20 mins to make 1 sandwich. The worker decided to keep cleaning instead of take care of the one customer. However still had a messy environment. Won’t be back.
