Won’t be getting pizza here anymore as it’s second time now the pizza is tasteless. Got a veggie pizza and had very little to no sauce or cheese on it. Tasteless! Was like I paid for flatbread with chopped veggies on it and zero taste. What happened Jets?!? You used to be so good. Other locations are.

Used the app to order and pay. I was pleased with how easy it was to use and apply deals to my order. My food was ready on time and as ordered. I ordered a 4 corner Detroit Deep Dish, medium 3-topping round, and deep dish bread. Overall the pizzas and bread were good and I was pleased with the topping quantity. Leftovers heated up in the airfryer were fantastic.

They took great care of me when the app messed up and ordered from here instead of my usual location and I was 30 minutes late to picking up my pizza. They remade them and even gave me an extra coupon for ranch. Might just pivot to ordering from here instead honestly

I paid online for my order (never was updated to a change) Updated my order without letting me know!
One extra large pizza and you guys deliver me a large pizza and four slices on the side without contacting the customer and just letting him know. And then trying to tell me it’s equivalent to the same amount you guys know it’s equivalent to the same amount. I’m not cutting pieces up all day and measuring and pricing what’s equivalent I just know to go online and buy an extra large pizza so why wasn’t I informed?! I didn’t ask what is equivalent ! A simple call “Hey, we made an update on the extra large pizza its cut a certain way and not in one box” I shouldn’t be surprised to what I’m being handed. The lack of understanding and professionalism all time high!
What else aren’t they contacting the customer about due to updated changes to our orders!?

Waited 55 minutes. Order sat in the warmer the entire time.
I ordered two pizzas, nothing special. I set it for timed pickup as I left Midland and drove for well over an hour to their location at the corner of Baldwin and Clarkston. The pickup time was 7:15, when I arrived she told me it was going to be another 20 to 25 minutes I told her I had a scheduled time and she gave me the option of canceling my order or waiting. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDN'T EVEN GET A SORRY. In the waiting area I asked 4 other people about their orders and what time they placed it, all of them were in the last 45 to 50 minutes. Looks like they skipped over me.
