The food is good, but I think that they were really short of help. Everyone was very busy, but it took several minutes to be served (to even take my order), then several more minutes to actually get the food. That was disappointing.

Unfortunately, I did not know the girls name who waited on me today she was quick got my food was very nice and personable. I got a text coupon for 12 Chicken nuggets for a little smaller than I expected them to be. I do have a picture of it compared to a water bottle but the chicken is incredible. I wish they were bigger. I wish I could’ve got a 20 piece or something like McDonald’s.

I got my order 40 minutes ago and I am very disappointed.The tenders were dry and too salty, the potatoes were cold and didn't seem fresh. It wasn't tasty.

the workers there were great last night, definitely want people to know that they were very sweet to me and got my pickup order ready fast. BUT. i also got food poisoning that night and i’m 99% it’s from the chicken. i’ve never gotten sick from kfc before, but please be warned if you see this

Came to drive thru for online pick up was greeted with attitude.Waited an additional 20 minutes.Got home to noticing they did not put my FRIES,BISCUIT or my sons stickers for his meal KFC needs replace this staff if this effort they giving! Worst one in oakland county

Always a long wait. The dining room is open whenever they feel like it, or not. Zero cars in the drive thru and you're still told to pull forward by a rude employee at the window. It's clear they are understaffed, but so many places aren't so that's not really an excuse anymore. Avoid.

I get to kfc at 7:30. I try to go in to enjoy my chicken dinner.The lobby was locked. The manager came out and she stated that she did not know what my intentions were like I was going to hurt someone. The only thing I wanted to do was enjoy some kfc. She told me that she had my license number but said she wasn't accusing me of anything. Why would you need my license number if she wasn't accusing me of something. Then to top it off she suggested I apply for a job. I was just appalled at how she assumed I was there for something other than food.

We had not gone to the Lake Orion KFC for a while. The last couple of times we were there, the service was very good, but the food ... not so much. For some reason we were in the mood for KFC today and took a chance. I'm glad we did. Service was good and the food turned out great! We got the chicken sandwich/chicken nuggets combination. The chicken was fresh and lean and the seasoned fries were hot and tasty.

Don’t usually complain of places because we understand the ups and downs but our family meal tonite was AWFUL . Biscuit were like rocks the potatoes and coke slaw had a funny taste . Granddaughter would not eat the Mac and cheese . All four of us were saying is it me or what . Non of us likes the meal . The chicken was ok . We will Never go back . They should go back to roasted chicken

Ordered the 12 piece family meal and was very disappointed. The biscuits were hard as a rock. The mashed potatoes tasted funny, the coleslaw was pink. Only thing that was good was the chicken.
