A few weeks ago I went to go pick up dinner - 2 2pc meals with all white meat and was told they didn't have any white meat. This was 6 pm there were a couple people in the dining room but no one in drive thru. This is not the first time this has happened. Forward to today approx. 4:30 , go in and order the same thing. Once again I was told they had no white meat and it would be at least a 20 min white. Im not sure if it's bad management or what the issue is but it is ridiculous that a restaurant that specializes in Chicken is always out of what they are known for

12:45 on a Saturday they don’t have menu items and tell you there is a 15 minuet wait on items. I think they’re allergic to working and being proactive if I could give negative ratings I would.

Every single time I reluctantly give this place my money, thinking things have changed and I am reminded yet again they have not. Old cold food, that you dont even get the quantity you pay for. Never fully filled fry and side containers and being overcharged and under-served. This location sucks!!

Their food has gone up in size along with the price a bit but well worth it especially for fast food and still affordable unlike other fast food places would definitely recommend eating here if your going to get fast food anyway

I ordered my food through drive through and I requested it fresh.. it came out in seconds. I knew it was old, it was very dry which of course had, no flavor. But i did notice it was a busy line and there were kids trying their best to have everything to standard, while making my order again, so i don’t mind a second try. I told them I didn’t get as I ordered, they took it back, made it fresh, crispy. It was delicious!! Very impressed and honestly can say this spicy chicken sandwich is now one of my favorites. Thank you!

This is the second time i’ve tried to go to kfc at this location and wasn’t able to be served because of the register not taking card and then apparently there was not a manager so they couldn’t take my order? Honestly i love kfc but you guys need more staff.
It's been a pattern of poor quality food and useless customer service unfortunately.

The food is good, but I think that they were really short of help. Everyone was very busy, but it took several minutes to be served (to even take my order), then several more minutes to actually get the food. That was disappointing.

Unfortunately, I did not know the girls name who waited on me today she was quick got my food was very nice and personable. I got a text coupon for 12 Chicken nuggets for a little smaller than I expected them to be. I do have a picture of it compared to a water bottle but the chicken is incredible. I wish they were bigger. I wish I could’ve got a 20 piece or something like McDonald’s.

I got my order 40 minutes ago and I am very disappointed.The tenders were dry and too salty, the potatoes were cold and didn't seem fresh. It wasn't tasty.
