Lake Rock Mexican Fusion & Cantina offers unbelievable food, including the best steak tacos and excellent salmon. The happy hour cocktails are over the top. The service is excellent, and dishes like taquitos dinner and fish Baja tacos are flavorful and well-presented. The music might be a bit loud at times, but once the restaurant gets busier, the sound is more balanced. This place is all about the food, with the best Mexican dishes outside of Mexico. Everything on the menu has been fantastic, with great flavors, quality, and generous portions. Located on Lapeer Road just south of Heights Road, it tends to stay less crowded than downtown spots, making it a good choice for a relaxed meal. Customers enjoy sitting on the patio, where they start with complimentary salsa and chips, and often order top-shelf margaritas that are delicious.
