I prefer square pizza. And my review only pertains to the specific downtown Lake Orion location. Unlike everyone else, this square pizza has not gone downhill and I have been getting it there since they have been open. Since covid, I boycotted pretty much everyone. Jets square is a joke. I remember Buscemi's many years ago being a five-star, for the location convenience, I stopped at 25 and Mound on my way to my mom's, there were some slices that were thick but they were dry, airy and and just had no weight. I could not even give them two stars. Little Caesars on Broadway, keep up the good work. As for other Little Caesars locations, none of them had compared

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas a couple weeks ago plus two combo crazy bread/sauce and on top of that I ordered two extra sauce and had them delivered. It was literally uneatable, worse I have had in my entire life!!! It was barely cooked which I think was a lot of the problem..ALL of it was bad.. I think maybe the dough was about to ‘turn’ or something. I called and told the woman ( who claimed to be the manager ) I said I was going to have to cook it in the oven and hope maybe it would help if it was cooked.. it really was half raw no exaggeration! I was as nice as I could possibly be, just thinking someone would want to know, didn’t ask for money back or anything. First she tried to blame the delivery driver and I said they were right here on time and nice. She was the one who told me I would get the whole order free whenever I wanted it and put everything in her computer . Tonight my daughter and grandson went to get it and even told them what happened and specifically asked them to cook it longer if necessary. The woman got nasty when they asked for the sauce ( that I paid for ) finally gave her the two that came with the the combos and refused to give her the other two and acted like she was doing a huge Favor! Guess what?? The bread sticks were just as bad and the pizza was about 10% better.. I have gone to Little Caesar’s around the country and this is the First experience I have Ever had!!! Even the one on Baldwin here was fine. THIS IS THE ONE on S. Broadway in Lake Orion. I am calling corporate on Monday and I hope they actually Care.. I’ll update!!! Oh we Still cooked it in the 400* oven for about 5 minutes if I didn’t mention that..still undercooked.. maybe they need to check their oven..

Online wouldn’t accept my payment and when I called in the order the employee kept telling me that she just got two online orders and that it would accept orders until 9:45pm. Gaslighting the trouble I had with their online experience. Will not be coming back to this location again.

I rarely leave reviews unless I’ve had an amazing or terrible experience. With that said, this is the closest LC location to me. We’ve been in the area less than a year and have given this place 4 tries and the pizza is never right. Today, I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and the pizza was so raw that the dough was still stretchy. Each time the pizza is raw or the hot ready is clearly old because they aren’t turning them over. Just another situation of corner cutting or sheer laziness. Whoever pulled my pizza out of the oven was either oblivious or straight up careless. Never received a pizza this raw in my life. No more chances from me at this location.
Funny enough, if you read through the most recent reviews for this location, it’s very clear that I’m not the only one getting consistently raw and gross pizza from this place. It’s not that hard to make sure a pizza is done….
I’ve only been there once so far but it was a very pleasant visit all because of this one worker Hayley I don’t know if I spelled it right , if I didn’t my apologies. Halie was very polite,nice,kind and very warm welcoming, also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Her bubbly attitude was very refreshing! Definitely need more workers like Halie very professional and I bright spirit!
Halie definitely deserves a raise is she doesn’t already own the place. Just saying she me feel like a person and very welcoming despite my appearance! That means a lot and goes a long way especially nowadays! Thank you Halie.
