After a rough day, we decided to lift our spirits with some ice cream and headed to Menchie’s.
The atmosphere was nice and inviting. There were a few people sitting and enjoying their treats, but it wasn’t busy at all.
I tried the pineapple coconut smoothie frozen yogurt, which is both gluten-free and vegan. Unfortunately, it didn’t hit the mark for me—it was really sweet and lacked strong pineapple or coconut flavors. I ended up giving it to the kids. I was hoping it would be closer to the pineapple flavor they had before.
Even though that flavor wasn’t my favorite, I would still recommend Menchie’s! This location was friendlier than the last one I visited, they have a good selection, and lots of toppings to choose from. I also appreciate that they charge by weight, so you can get as much or as little as you want.

Delicious froyo! We had the cheesecake flavor with brownies and chocolate covered sprinkled oreos! Very clean and modern designed location, the staff was a very nice woman who was working hard keeping it clean!

We love menchies... but, NO sample cups? Asked and we're told that there's no sampling. The other Menchoes have them. The girl at the counter qssnt very nice either. We will stick to the Clarkston location.

The lady had the nerve to tell my 10 year old daughter to order a different flavor and said how vanilla and chocolate is boring. Unacceptable!!! Will never be back !!!! 1st time we tried this, never again. Pathetic. Might I add, she tried to lie to me about it then admitted she said that. Poor service. Rude customer service especially to a 10 year old little girl.

What a fantastic ice cream shop gor those who like to put toppings on. (Or plain too). They have multiple flavors. I like to try different flavors so I was excited when they had sweet plum. My new personal favorite. Cake batter is a close second followed by tiramisu.
