Not even sure why I'm giving this 2 stars, maybe because at least my water was good. This place was terrible and will never go back. The food was not good at all, it was dry and bland. Service was hit and miss and we never got refills on drinks or at least asked.

we shared a I-75 burger. Best burger I’ve ever had in the area. The draft blue moon was ok but not the best.

First time here was this past Saturday, and I hate to leave a bad review because our server, Tarra was great. The food was pretty good except for the burgers not being cooked consistently. A few of the other tables around us did also make comments from what we heard, but the taste was okay so they were not sent back. An older gentleman walked in asking about an application for a job. Our server told him she would see if they were still hiring and the kitchen manager came out to talk to him. Once she was done talking to him and the man walked out the door, the bartender and the manager began making fun of his appearance. the bartender then continued to make fun of his clothes and teeth with the patrons at the bar and then made a comment that they don't usually hire people like that. I am not sure if this was in reference to the man's appearance or his race, but either way my partner and I were appalled. A little compassion goes a long way and you never know if someone was sick or homeless, to make fun of someone's appearance and ethnicity and think they shouldn't even ask for a job because they look a certain way is beyond ridiculousness. The bartender was kind of flighty and slow making drinks and spent her time texting and standing in the same spot talking to one of the locals, but the judgement and blatant discrimination will keep us from returning.

As a black woman I felt as if I was treated poorly. I was simply given a beef patty after I asked for an impossible patty. I have not ate meat in 4+ years. I simply told the lady I ordered an impossible patty, instead she listened to someone who was asking her a question, instead of following my order and confirming it. Unfortunately I took a little piece of the burger and I now have to go make sure i’ll be okay because I don’t feel good. She never confirmed the order, or the burger. She mentioned an upcharge for the patty multiple times, an upcharge was not a problem. After I asked about a refund because Tashia told me “nope, too bad” I didn’t want the impossible burger at that point. For this to be a Detroit Themed Restaurant, which I came to because that’s my home town, I was treated poorly. She also mentioned an up charge for a drink, as if I couldn’t afford it. It made me feel really uncomfortable. I also asked to talk to the manager or boss, and she replied “too bad, i’m the boss today”. For any African American, I pray you have a better experience than I did but I would never come back to you guys. Oh and to add, she asked how would the burger be cooked, I said well done, and received a beef patty that pink in the middle.

Not a good experience. Food order messed up, then server lied about order and was very rude! Messed up order took a very long time to be remade and still came back wrong. Been to other Old Detroit Burger Bars and had a great experience, not here. Everyone at the table said they will not return to this establishment on Baldwin Rd.

Great service, great food!Fun bar atmosphere but still family-friendly.Our friends are doing keto and were able l to alter their order to be keto friendly. I, on the other hand, am polar opposite! I had the fish fry and it was perfect. You could tell it was made from scratch with love.Our server made sure our drinks never went dry.
Amazing all types of food. The people there are super nice and there is usually some type of sports being going on no matter if it's a lifetime game or a rerun it's just a fun place to be. The atmosphere of the places is amazing. It's just fun place.

Grabbed a bite to eat with my buddy here last Friday around 5 and it was great. Awesome atmosphere, food was delicious and the service was excellent and quick even though it seemed busy. Highly recommend stopping here!Vegetarian options: They offer a vegetarian burger option!

Ordered takeout over the phone, service was attentive and quick. The burgers are huge with great flavor along with a generous portion of fries on the side. Only thing missing was the lettuce, tomato, onion, & pickle per the menu description.I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re craving a burger!
