What is having a craving for grilled chicken Pita and they made it exactly the way that I wanted it it was so delicious but even better was the staff so kind polite and always on top of the service I can't say enough good things about Orion Grill. Wait, one more absolutely love the way the place lights up at night when you drive by.

ordered takeout. corned beef hash with eggs. they gave me 3 “over easy” eggs all of which were rock hard. i got home and proceeded to make my own eggs. i don’t know what the point of me saying how i would like my eggs is if they are wrong everytime. one of the easiest breakfast foods to make and everytime i order it it’s wrong. also my raisin toast was so hard i couldn’t even bite through it. yum!

I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for a few years and have always enjoyed the service from the waitstaff. However, for the past year, my orders have been incorrect most of the time. I’ve been understanding and have allowed them to remake my meals. Unfortunately, during my last visit, my order was wrong again.
When I checked my food, the owner approached me and asked why I was doing that. I explained that my orders are often incorrect. Instead of addressing my concerns, she insisted that her staff is excellent and claimed I was the only one with issues. Her tone was aggressive, which shocked me since I hadn’t raised my voice or caused a scene. She then told me that if my orders continue to be a problem, I shouldn’t come back—something I actually agreed with.
I was taken aback by her nasty attitude. I will no longer spend my money at a place that doesn’t value loyal customers. The owner showed no accountability for the mistakes and treated me poorly instead.

I ordered the breakfast burrito, they brought it to the table and it was dripping grease so much that the entire burrito shell fell apart. Sent it back and asked for eggs, sausage and toast. Apparently I made the mistake of ordering rye toast because they charge an up charge of $.50 for that. My friend ordered two eggs, sausage and toast and asked for a cup of fruit instead of the hashbrowns. Without mentioning it to her, they brought out their tiny cup of fruit and charged for 4.50 up charge for that and $.50 for her sourdough bread. When we told the waitress that she needs to mention that there’s an up charge for these things she said oh. Then she would not look at us or say anything while we were checking out. Definitely not someplace we will be going back to.

This place has great food, service and atmosphere. My problem is with additional charges not posted anywhere. They charge $.50 for toast when their menu says omelettes come with toast. They also charge a fee to use a credit card. If you don’t care about that, you’ll love it. Me personally, I’m so tired of businesses charging their customers for what they should pay for to be in business. In the end, I’m sure their wonderful staff make less $ because tips will be lowered to cover additional, unforeseen charges.
