Idk how I can order online and they tell me to pull up to the front, I wait there for 10 mins but then I walk in and someone who JUST ordered for their sandwich before me before someone could walk outside and bring me my stuff. It was sitting there for 12 mins. This is the first time you guys have ever treated me this way and now idk if I’ll be back. What the hell was that. I’m on my 30 min lunch break and now don’t even get to eat it because of your mistake. And then the manager was just sitting there doing nothing about it. Also ridiculously overpriced.

Got charged $9 for a sandwich I never order nor received when I called and spoke to the manager they admitted it was a mistake on their part and still only refunded $5. Don’t go here. They mess up orders and scam for extra tips.

ROBERT is the only reason why I’m giving 5 stars. He noticed another employee was giving half ass customer service and was very nonchalant while I was asking questions (my first time here). During my checkout Robert displayed the highest level of customer service. His colleague with the beard should go find employment elsewhere.

Sandwiches and cookies are always really good. Today I tried the chicken salad salad and potato soup, both were lame. Vegetable soup was really good though at least.

I have never felt such uncomfortable vibes than when my bf and I went in to order sandwiches last night. We showed up at 7pm not even close to closing and the entire energy was that we were not wanted in there.They took our order and then rushed us to pay to then backpeddle and finish our sandwiches. It was super awkward and neither employee seemed cordial in the slightest. Sandwiches and cookie were pretty good, Mac and cheese tasted different and not good.I like potbelly’s and always had a good experience at other locations but this time was not it. Get your attitudes in check.

I love their subs, hands down one of my favorite sub shops. I like their turkey & Swiss, or their Italian. They are baked and come with a nice assortment of topping options. Their fresh cookies are delicious too!
