ROBERT is the only reason why I’m giving 5 stars. He noticed another employee was giving half ass customer service and was very nonchalant while I was asking questions (my first time here). During my checkout Robert displayed the highest level of customer service. His colleague with the beard should go find employment elsewhere.
I have never felt such uncomfortable vibes than when my bf and I went in to order sandwiches last night. We showed up at 7pm not even close to closing and the entire energy was that we were not wanted in there.They took our order and then rushed us to pay to then backpeddle and finish our sandwiches. It was super awkward and neither employee seemed cordial in the slightest. Sandwiches and cookie were pretty good, Mac and cheese tasted different and not good.I like potbelly’s...
