Almost always rude. Today was especially bad and that’s the reason I finally decided to make this review. I was given a hot drink instead of an iced one. I wasn’t mad about it, mistakes happen. The person at the drive thru window was very rude and dismissive when I mentioned it. Even before mentioning it she wasn’t the most pleasant, but after the fact she was so dismissive she forgot to give me my second drink and when I mentioned it she literally just closed the window, when she came back with the drink she looked mad, handed it to me and didn’t say anything. I usually tip a couple dollars and always try to be friendly because I know they get busy and it can be stressful, but they weren’t especially busy today and even when I’m one of the only customers in line they almost always seem to be rude. I’ve probably only encountered two employees that were professional and friendly at this location.

I recently moved to the area and this is the Starbucks closest to me now. I continually give them chances once or twice a week, but the quality of my drinks is always a gamble. One day it’ll be perfect, the next it’ll be wrong and taste horrible. It’s literally a 50/50 with this place, which is NOT ok. The people are ok… not overly friendly like other Starbucks, buts that’s honestly ok with me. I really just want consistency with my drinks for what I’m paying.

Absolute horrible experience at this location, our frequent Starbucks will be behalf of my customers on a very regular basis and this was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They were rude and not friendly at all. I’ll never go to this location again.

I am not one to leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but my husband and I thought if we could help someone avoid what we just experienced we should! This location had AWFUL customer service. There were maybe 4 cars ahead of us and we were in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Not only that, but the staff were extremely unprofessional, messing around behind the counter not making anyone’s coffee while we sat by the window and watched. there was not an explanation, just the words “it’s really crazy back here” when finally handing our drinks to us, which were not even done correctly. Extremely disappointed.

Just received my door dash and all three drinks were not made correctly. I ordered the Mocha Frapp and it tastes like ice and coffee. No Mocha. My daughter's Mocha cookie crumble is just coffee and chocolate. An the Iced Carmel Latte was the same...not one drink made correctly. Won't be doing that again.

The worst Starbucks in the area. I rarely order here but when I do I order well before I leave my house and still end up waiting 15-20 minutes in the store and that’s if they’re actually open.

As much as I hate to write, this, I feel The responsibility to share with The public. I came through the drive-through about a month ago on a Friday night about 5 o’clock. Ordered a vanilla, sweet cream cold brew only to find that I had a mouse in my coffee the next morning . I put it in the refrigerator overnight so I could have it for work at 10 AM. I’m going to spare you all the details, but I have no reason to make this up. The lid never came off of my coffee, so the mouse did not get in with the lid off. I called to let them know on Monday and the general manager basically called me a liar and hung up on me. I was very nice and just told her I wanted her to know so It didn’t happen to someone else, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and hung up again. I called back again and she picked up the phone and hung up again. She would not even listen to any of my story, and I was being very kind. I reached out to the one 800 number , after about three weeks, I finally heard back from the regional manager who then told me she would replace my drink for me. I told her I was actually more mad about how rude the general manager was to me. Still, I was offered a replacement for my drink. I’m not trying to get anything for free. Just want everyone to know what happened I have no reason to make this up. I do feel that I was owed an apology of some sort that I never got from anybody. they just said they would call the general manager and take care of it. I have never heard back on any of this. I feel it is my responsibility to share this with the public. I am now traumatized and cannot drink coffee without getting a stir stick to check it first. I have not been back to Starbucks and I will not be back to Starbucks. I was a regular went every day and got my vanilla, sweet cream, cold brew I do miss it however, I will never be able to drink it again.

This is my “home” Starbucks and I’ve never had a positive experience in the year I’ve been frequenting it. The staff are almost always rude (save for exactly one girl) or just clearly aren’t trained or don’t care to do their jobs. My items are consistently made improperly or have items missing that they’re “out of” that they neglect to tell me about yet still charge me for/let me leave without telling me. It’s constantly dirty inside to the point where I’ll study or work from a Starbucks 20 minutes down the road instead of this one. Whenever you ask about something, not matter how kindly, you get rude responses back so they can go back to gossiping (I’ve heard so much tea just from waiting for them to stop talking so I can ask for a straw). If this Starbucks wasn’t the only one for 20 minutes in every direction, I would never go here again, and I know it has a reputation for being horrible in this community.
