The worst Starbucks in the area. I rarely order here but when I do I order well before I leave my house and still end up waiting 15-20 minutes in the store and that’s if they’re actually open.

As much as I hate to write, this, I feel The responsibility to share with The public. I came through the drive-through about a month ago on a Friday night about 5 o’clock. Ordered a vanilla, sweet cream cold brew only to find that I had a mouse in my coffee the next morning . I put it in the refrigerator overnight so I could have it for work at 10 AM. I’m going to spare you all the details, but I have no reason to make this up. The lid never came off of my coffee, so the mouse did not get in with the lid off. I called to let them know on Monday and the general manager basically called me a liar and hung up on me. I was very nice and just told her I wanted her to know so It didn’t happen to someone else, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and hung up again. I called back again and she picked up the phone and hung up again. She would not even listen to any of my story, and I was being very kind. I reached out to the one 800 number , after about three weeks, I finally heard back from the regional manager who then told me she would replace my drink for me. I told her I was actually more mad about how rude the general manager was to me. Still, I was offered a replacement for my drink. I’m not trying to get anything for free. Just want everyone to know what happened I have no reason to make this up. I do feel that I was owed an apology of some sort that I never got from anybody. they just said they would call the general manager and take care of it. I have never heard back on any of this. I feel it is my responsibility to share this with the public. I am now traumatized and cannot drink coffee without getting a stir stick to check it first. I have not been back to Starbucks and I will not be back to Starbucks. I was a regular went every day and got my vanilla, sweet cream, cold brew I do miss it however, I will never be able to drink it again.

This is my “home” Starbucks and I’ve never had a positive experience in the year I’ve been frequenting it. The staff are almost always rude (save for exactly one girl) or just clearly aren’t trained or don’t care to do their jobs. My items are consistently made improperly or have items missing that they’re “out of” that they neglect to tell me about yet still charge me for/let me leave without telling me. It’s constantly dirty inside to the point where I’ll study or work from a Starbucks 20 minutes down the road instead of this one. Whenever you ask about something, not matter how kindly, you get rude responses back so they can go back to gossiping (I’ve heard so much tea just from waiting for them to stop talking so I can ask for a straw). If this Starbucks wasn’t the only one for 20 minutes in every direction, I would never go here again, and I know it has a reputation for being horrible in this community.

Always happy to hit this drive through. I usually end up getting the same worker at the drive through. He's super friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel like more than a customer. He even gave my sick little girl a cup of whipped cream and it seriously made her day. I've also never had an issue with this location messing up our drinks. Whenever I'm in the area this is the Starbucks I prefer!

If you work for UberEats, DoorDash, or whatever food delivery service rideshare... AVOID this location at all costs. Sometimes the dining room is closed and you have to go to the drive-thru, I've never had a 10 minute line. It's always 45-60 mins of waiting.

I ordered a venti pink drink, it took probably 30 minutes to get the drink out, while i can see workers standing, talking, and overall not working. My sister’s drink still somehow ended up being wrong. I watched workers stand and talk to each other, while drinking drinks they made for themselves, while i was still waiting on my drink. Would never come here again.

Placed a mobile order for inside pick up, just to show up and it was “closed temporarily and drive through only” okay no problem but my frozen frappe was milky like they didn’t even blend it and thrown together. Worst Starbucks ever.

This is the WORST location. I have been here multiple times thinking maybe it was an off day for them but every time I wish I hadn’t gone at all. The Staff doesn’t know what they are doing, the wait for a small order is way too long even when there’s no line. It took over 20 minutes for them to find a plastic cup that that I ordered ahead on and when they finally found it, it wasn’t even the one I ordered but at that point I was too annoyed to wait any longer. I will not be returning to this location again and I recommend going to literally any other Starbucks if you want an enjoyable experience.
