While I did appreciate getting an extra drink that was made accidentally, the drinks were not made the same. Also with it being a rather slow time that I was there the tables in the lobby were rather sticky and the floors weren't very clean either.

Not sure what happened recently with this location but suddenly this Starbucks is closed at random times whenever for whatever reason. They’ll be open and then a couple hours later there’ll be a sign that says “temporarily closed.” I have made multiple failed trips now in the last couple months. Not sure what the problem is but they should probably close this location permanently if they can’t get it resolved.

Hate this location, sadly it is the only one nearby without having to go into another store. Mobile order wait times are always incorrect and at least 10 minutes longer than estimated. Drinks are never made the same. Don’t even get the standard amount of cold foam when paying extra for it. And yes, I have contacted corporate and made several complaints. I’ve even tried to have my drink remade but the attitudes of the staff make that impossible. Starbucks, please send out corporate trainers to properly train this staff. It’s ridiculous for us to have to keep contacting customer service to have issues resolved.

This location should just close their doors permanently. The times are always fluctuating as they are closing for the day or early consistently. Today I pulled in at 10:50 and they put the closed sign in front of my car saying they close at 11:00 am. I mentioned that it was 10:50 and they just said sorry. Whomever is running this place is running it into the ground. Sadly this one is on my way to work so now I need to go out of my way quite a bit to get to another location. Biggby is pretty close, maybe that will be my new stop.

Drove here during business hours only to find a sign posted that says they now close at noon? Seems very early for a coffee shop.

Andy the manager has no apologies when it comes to refusing orders at random made up close times. After having people wait in line unknowing the store is closing early (12 pm all weekend) they will tell you there’s nothing they can do. Shutting off mobile order for weeks. It’s sad this is the closest to my house because now I go out of my way to avoid it.

no matter what the time says online they’ll just close it whenever they want. if you’re that understaffed maybe hire more people! there’s been multiple days where i’ve gone there and it’s just been closed without saying anything anywhere. most staff i’ve met is friendly and drinks are good but whoever is managing this place is not doing a good job😭
