Ordered a pumpkin cold brew and an ice tea through the drive thru. Got the ice tea but the pumpkin cold brew came back an iced chi. Went back in the store to fix it. They literally put a different lid on it and gave it back to me. I just walked out because it was obvious they weren’t going to make it right.

Also - let me add that she did add cream to my drink after I mentioned it. But the argumentation and adamancy to convince me that the two beverages are the same was a bit much.
