I have been to many Starbucks and have ordered a Carmel apple cider spice and they have made it for me even tho it’s not on the menu anymore. But this location says they can’t do it which is crazy to me because they have all the ingredients in the store but just don’t want to make it when I am willing to pay for it. The manager there when I went on 1/8/26 didn’t tell me exactly why and just said no. Didn’t appreciate her attitude and will not return here again.

Not a fan of the corporation necessarily ,but everyone that works at the Lake Orion Starbucks location should get a raise, because the L.O. I have no idea what was in my drink but did not taste anything like a coffee frappuccino. It tasted like somebody put burnt coffee and a lot of sweetener to cover up the bad flavor and then served it to a customer. Very sad. Will not go back.

This place is an absolute nightmare when it comes to the drive thru. There's an adjacent road that feeds into their parking lot so be prepared to have people cutting in line. The coffee is burnt as well not sure how you screw that up but here we are.

The manager is very rude up charged for no ice I’m ok with that but then proceeds to put way less drink in my cup if I’m paying more for no ice why would there be less drink she personally is singling me out when I complained to the employee they specifically told her employees to do that to me
