If Google would let me give 10 stars, I absolutely would — all thanks to Tim. I don’t know what kind of employee training they’re giving him at Subway, but this man works like he’s the Gandalf of Sandwiches.
I came in fully expecting a basic “grab a sub and go” kind of trip, but Tim turned it into a whole experience. He greeted me like I was a VIP, built my sandwich with the precision of a heart surgeon, and somehow managed to keep the entire store running smoothly while cracking jokes and being genuinely friendly.
The man remembered ingredients faster than I can remember my own birthday. He layered that cheese like he was crafting a masterpiece. And by the time he toasted the bread, I was like, “Okay Tim, I see you—Michelangelo could NEVER.”
Even during the rush, he stayed calm, professional, and hilarious. You could tell the entire line was in a better mood because of him. Employees like Tim are rare. Subway, if you’re reading this: protect this man at all costs and give him a raise, a medal, a crown—something.
If you want your sandwich made right and want to leave smiling, go to this Subway and pray Tim is working. He’s THAT good.

i placed a mobile order and had a pack of cookies, which they ended up not having. I’m not picky at all so that wasn’t an issue, but the guy insisted on giving me a free drink. i didn’t catch your name but you’re awesome!

This place has gone down hill horribly! If I didn't have to give stars to write a review I wouldn't.
Gave two out of three people food poisoning, stale bread, bottom of the barrel toppings and they always run out of pickles.
The guy who was working was rude. I'd rather drive farther to get better food.

Worst subway of all time, didn’t wear gloves while making my sub and overcharged. Very rude as well. Hope they shut this franchise down.

This location is always closed at random weird times. Today a Sunday, at 12:30pm…closed. This is not even the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time I’ve experienced this with this location

Worst subway experience we have ever had.... pre-ordered, so they could take their time and get it right, no such luck. Ordered 2 subs toasted and IF they toasted it, you couldn't even tell. One sub was their asiago cheese bread, the asiago aspect covered less then a penny size on the entire footlong. The other sub we asked for light dressing and the darn thing was amphibious, we tried to sponge it off but it just crumbled. In addition, they didn't honor any of the other more or less requests and it wasnt busy, not a sole in there. Don't waste your time going here, drive further to another subway or probably even better get a Tubby's.

We took the grandkids out to eat at this Subway and had delicious sandwiches! The workers were courteous and patient as we ordered. We are from Toledo but will stop back when we are in the area. Many thanks to Tim Allen for making us feel welcome.
