This place really is a dump. I should have read other reviews first. Store says open until 10:00pm, showed up at 8:26pm on Friday onluly to find locked doors with all the lights on. I guess this owner does not like making money they need to get rid of the Marijuana smoking employees in the parking lot. Either way, not ever getting any more of my money as this is not the first time at this location..

Ordered online for 5pm pickup Saturday night. They took my order and charged my credit card. After driving across town with kids, I walked up and the door was locked with a sign saying they were “closed sorry for the inconvenience” even though they were supposed to be open another 5 hours. There was an employee sweeping the floor who ignored me when I knocked on the door. I then tried to call to have them refund my money and she would not answer the phone. The following day I tried to call three times to have my money refunded and they would not answer, around noon on a Sunday. I still cannot reach the business and they still have not refunded my money. Absolutely unacceptable for any company, especially one as big as subway!
Didn't even order. Guy working memorial day was so unpleasant. He had several customers waiting as he slowly finished a door dash order. Then he slowly moves a container from the slicer and puts it away. Never the whole time did he even acknowledge the customers waiting. Then he comes over and belts out after a sigh.....how many sandwiches as if we were bothering him. I left without ordering and will never be back. You might want to look into this as I am quite certain this is not how you'd like your business ran.

Out of all the Subways I've been to (and I have been to many), Tim had the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced! He was extremely pleasant to talk to. Left with a smile on my face. Also my wife loved the sandwich. Thanks again Tim! Keep up the great work!

Think twice before ordering online. Placed an order and when arrived to pick up they said because the paper did not print they refused to make the order. Even provided proof of order, payment and confirmation email. Refused to make order and refused refund. Just stole my money and kids had no dinner. Never going back to this location. Buyer Beware
