Quality: these are pretty solid rolls. Not the best, not the worst. I had 2x veggie rolls. My SO has previously tried the AAC (avocado, asparagus, cucumber) roll but didn't like it. We both liked the veggie rolls
Value: rolls were quite cheap compared to other sushi places we've been
Vegan Options: they had at least 5 Vegan Options on the menu (AAC roll, AC roll, veggie roll, avocado roll, cucumber roll). More than 1 Vegan option earns 2 points in this category. To earn more points i would've liked to see the options clearly labelled as Vegan, and see more Vegan options.

If your menu describes something as CRAB SALAD in multiple items but you throw a nasty, dried out CRAB STICK in there instead, it’s disgusting and not worth the money. Also, your eel sauce just tastes like maple syrup.
