If I could give none I would! I ordered 2 regular Dorito Locos Tacos with no cheese on them with only lettuce and meat, I had received them with Sour Cream and Lettuce. Then I also got a Mexican Pizza and when I bit into the middle it was soggy and just dropped right off the crust. Very very unhappy with this purchase ($29.67!!) Since today was the first day the Caramel Apple Empanadas came back, I of course had to get one! THE WHOLE BOTTOM IS RAW!! I know it’s fast food, but yall can do WAY better than this for $30!! Very unhappy!!
*Update* The manager had called me back the next day in the morning and had asked for my credit card numbers to issue a refund. I have not received it yet, and she also said coupons would be coming in the mail, so I might have to call up again to see if I’m actually going to get a refund or not ?

This place was horrible, food was wrong, cold and not well wrapped or prepared. I did call and they asked me what I wanted to do about it? it was a snarky attitude but did decide to put me on a " list" for the cantina bowl I ordered. I don't even want to go back for that.

nacho fries were very cold charged for tomaties that i didnt get on my loaded nachos and no receipt to get my points need supervision over the kids that are working

Order was wrong what was supposed to have refried means had black beans and what was supposed to have black beans had refried beans and vice versa, but the real kicker was when the person was cleaning up with a dustpan and then stopped and started making food without washing hands or changing gloves was so tired and hungry I was just like you know what screw it, but then get food and halfway through eating it. There is a piece of steak in the Mexican pizza that was supposed to have no meat careless oversight most likely but nonetheless eww ruined appetite and upset tummy were not on my plans.

The restaurant was out of chicken so my husband ordered a cheese quesadilla. It was thrown together and it was like they ironed on the paper. The service was terrible on top of having something I can’t even eat. Not happy with my local Taco Bell.

Super expensive. There are nearby Mexican restaurants that charge less per taco and you get chips and salsa. They taste way better and you get more food per taco. You are out of your mind to buy taco bell in this economy. Extremely overpriced.
Don’t know why I keep coming back here. The wait time is horrendous every time only for them to say it’s online ordering, but why does that take away from actual customers waiting? Employees standing around doing nothing to help. The owner needs to get this place in order.

This Taco Bell is starting to be just a s bad as the Oxford location. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get to the speaker with only 2 cars ahead of me! Finally placed my order and had to wait another 10 min to get my food just for it be be made wrong. The grilled cheese burrito I ordered legitimately had almost no beef in it. If I'm waiting that long in line I expect to atleast have my order made correctly and not be super stingy on the portion sizes. Seems like there's a bunch of newer faces working there.. they all have a sour looks on there faces and are not pleasant nor have good customer service. Won't be back again.

Went here a few days ago and spent over $40 on an order for the family and one burrito was missing. No big deal, I called up told them it was missing and she was polite on the phone, apologized , and told me she would write my name down and I could come up later to get it. Just went up tonight to order and mention about the other night. The lady taking orders act like I'm crazy and it never happened. They are rude and I won't be visiting again. I mean, it taco bell but you should still get what you pay for.

Awful service and food! I have given this location chance after chance, but they cannot get an order right ever. Multiple times I’ve ordered the same meal as I always do and I ask for NO sauce. I tell them over the speaker over and over again no sauce, and they always get it wrong to the point I’ve had to come back and have my food remade multiple times. The last time they did this to me I made sure I checked the meal before leaving and what do you know? Sauce all over my meal… I inform the window worker of this and he sat there and argued with me about it saying “well idk what happened but I assure you there was no sauce on that meal” so he called me a liar. I took a napkin and wiped the sauce off all the tacos and showed him. He gave me a new meal but with an attitude. I left without writing a bad review because I just didn’t have time, but now I have been handed chips and cheese that taste like they have been sprayed with perfume. Like they were fried in weeks old oil. I’m done with this location. Go a couple miles up the road to Oxford and spend your money there. At least they can get an order right and their food doesn’t taste like chemicals.
