Did an order on the app, couldn't cancel it, called the store to cancel the order and they hanged up on me. Definitely disputing the charges.

If I could give none I would! I ordered 2 regular Dorito Locos Tacos with no cheese on them with only lettuce and meat, I had received them with Sour Cream and Lettuce. Then I also got a Mexican Pizza and when I bit into the middle it was soggy and just dropped right off the crust. Very very unhappy with this purchase ($29.67!!) Since today was the first day the Caramel Apple Empanadas came back, I of course had to get one! THE WHOLE BOTTOM IS RAW!! I know it’s fast food, but yall can do WAY better than this for $30!! Very unhappy!!
*Update* The manager had called me back the next day in the morning and had asked for my credit card numbers to issue a refund. I have not received it yet, and she also said coupons would be coming in the mail, so I might have to call up again to see if I’m actually going to get a refund or not ?

Taco Bell is only good if it's cheap. Spending $10 a person for what they have to offer is not right. Hopefully they can get back to the $5 box / combos soon... I don't know what makes them think they're food is worth more than that?

This place was horrible, food was wrong, cold and not well wrapped or prepared. I did call and they asked me what I wanted to do about it? it was a snarky attitude but did decide to put me on a " list" for the cantina bowl I ordered. I don't even want to go back for that.

nacho fries were very cold charged for tomaties that i didnt get on my loaded nachos and no receipt to get my points need supervision over the kids that are working

Order was wrong what was supposed to have refried means had black beans and what was supposed to have black beans had refried beans and vice versa, but the real kicker was when the person was cleaning up with a dustpan and then stopped and started making food without washing hands or changing gloves was so tired and hungry I was just like you know what screw it, but then get food and halfway through eating it. There is a piece of steak in the Mexican pizza that was supposed to have no meat careless oversight most likely but nonetheless eww ruined appetite and upset tummy were not on my plans.
The restaurant was out of chicken so my husband ordered a cheese quesadilla. It was thrown together and it was like they ironed on the paper. The service was terrible on top of having something I can’t even eat. Not happy with my local Taco Bell.

Okay, so we ordered taco bell first on the app and it said that it was ordered to this location but the app messed it up. Then when we went to go reorder, they got our food all wrong :( i just wanted good taco bell

Super expensive. There are nearby Mexican restaurants that charge less per taco and you get chips and salsa. They taste way better and you get more food per taco. You are out of your mind to buy taco bell in this economy. Extremely overpriced.

Don’t know why I keep coming back here. The wait time is horrendous every time only for them to say it’s online ordering, but why does that take away from actual customers waiting? Employees standing around doing nothing to help. The owner needs to get this place in order.
