It was horrible this morning. Not only did I have to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker,when my order came to the window she had to remake my iced coffee 3 times. First attempt my coffee was stirred,I specifically asked for it not to be stirred several times. second attempt she tells me that it needs to be stirred,like how are you going to tell me how I should have my iced coffee I took one look at it and said you put liquid sugar she said no..I took a drink and no sugar at the bottom,she was getting mad at me because she kept screwing my iced coffee up. If she would of listened the first 6 times I said my order she would of got it correct‼️ then had to park because they forgot my hash brown. Then I get back home,and bagel not toasted and no cream cheese‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I literally repeated my order over 6 times to 2 different people!!! Now the phone is off the hook when I tried calling 5 times....This Tim Hortons location is a joke horrible service and horrible young people with attitudes‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I honestly give this Tim Hortons a negative 10

Ordered 2 farmers wraps with bacon. $11.00. Got to the window, paid and waited. When the girl came to the window, it was the next persons order. They deleted ours. We told them what we paid for so they hurried to make it. When we got it, we each got 1/2 an egg, 1/2 a hash brown and 1 piece of bacon on a large wrap. I took a photo to share how sad and cheap this was but unable to share it here. We won't go back there. For $11.00, we expected better. Shame on them !!

I don't know if I get angry or I don't know, but I ordered an egg sandwich with sausage, and they give me only the donut.... empty!!!!
Absolutely horrible experience, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. They gave me a tuna salad sandwich. I was the only car in the drive-through and it took forever. I ordered a large beverage they gave me a medium beverage and you try to call the store and it says it’s unavailable.! I obviously I didn’t have time to go back to throw the stupid tuna sandwich at them because I was on break from work

Went two times while I was home for a visit. The first time was good and second was just okay since they screwed our order up. Both times we did a mobile order so I don't see how you could screw it up but they did.

Staff is always friendly and sweet. The donuts here are always fresh. We seem to get that burnt coffee taste quite often in our lattes at Tim Hortons... IDK if it's just a taste of bean we're not used to or if it is their coffee just sits a touch longer...
