The service was good. The pastie was far too dry for me. It was mostly ground beef and potatoes with small shards of carrots. It was nothing like the ones that I had when I was young. I bought three beef pasties and was disappointed. I didn't try any of their other types.
I have been driving past Uncle Peter's Pasties for years and today was the day to stop and pick up dinner. This by far was the most Amazing beef pastie I have ever had south of the bridge. Jamie was delightful and added to the overall experience.
A little shop with a dine in area. They have a wide variety of pasties, and everyone I tried was good. The cookies are also a nice treat. Well worth a visit, to pick up ready to eat, refrigerated to heat, or frozen pasties.
